    we are back with another intense Fierce KETTLEBELL Workout - hope you guys are ready!
    We will be combining lots of KB Exercises with Bodyweight Exercises again - I loved this combo! So intense and effective. 🔥
    Make surr to maintain a proper form as always, especially at all the swings. Rather use less weight. Use your hips a lot, all the power comes from the explosion of the hips. Don't go too deep into a squat, lower back stays straight.
    The KB I used: 12 kg for your reference. Please make sure to choose your weight wisely - leave your ego at the door. There are quite some exercises you really need to feel save with the KB / weights as usual.

    Was für ein Workout 🏋️‍♀️ 🤩🥵 Wahnsinn wieder neue Übungen dabei und geniale auf einander abgestimmte Übungen vor allem! Der absolute Wahnsinn… es war mega anspruchsvoll fand ich.. anfangs dachte ich 10er KB wäre nice aber zum Schluss ich bin k.o. Mega k.o. Und war froh das ich den finisher noch geschafft habe 🤪🤣❤️‍🔥💥 Wahnsinn kaykay Wahnsinn was du da wieder raus gehauen hast der absolute Hammer!!!! Danke danke danke 🙏🏻🙏🏻🤩❤️❤️❤️

    One of the best workouts with a kettle bell I've watched. I have no idea how you can go so fast though. I slowed it down to 50% and it looked more like the speed most people too the Russians etc. Amazing 👏

    This is how I end my year. This workout was easy (🤯 who am I kidding)? I was sweating, low on energy whether from xmas chapatis or nearing the time of month, or a too fast pumping🫀, I just didn't give 100% but I swang those russians to the max using a 24kg, ended up smashing my floor, talk of things not working this morning. I even was breathless on burpees (my favs... sigh). Happy new year Kay.

    Eigentlich wäre heute Tag 3 der Challenge, aber meine erste Kettlebell wurde heute geliefert und ich konnte einfach nicht abwarten... 423 kcal verbrannt... ICH LIEBE ES!!!!! Absolutes Lieblingstraining!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥

    Okay wow! Now this workout just redefined the word "advanced" for me 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 One time I thought: When is this over - and in that moment the timestamp jumped to 31% 😂 Loved it from the beginning to the end and even managed to use my heavier weight for the last 3 45sec sets of swings 💪🏼 thanks for this workout Kathrin! 💚
