*50 MIN Strength workout Dumbbells
Remember: we all are different, so are our levels of fitness. Make every single workout YOUR OWN. It is really important to make sure to maintain a proper form while exercising. Feel free to modify some exercises (such as slowing down, no jumping etc.) or rest some more if you need to.
▸ time: 50 Min + warm up & cool down on top
▸ equipment: 2x Dumbbells (mine: 10 kg each), a mat is recommended

I don’t know how you do it.. I do 30 min workouts that feel like an hour, I do your hour workouts and it feels like only 30 minutes have passed.. I will come back to this one often. You’re the Best!
Love, love it, I was diagnosed with a meniscal tear on my left knee, thankfully with no pain so far because I had strong quads from working out. Doctor recommended to continue working out and avoid jumping. Thank you my beautiful coach for this brilliant workout. Love to you❤🇬🇷
