I wanted to do run on my elliptical but when I saw a new upload I needed to do it. It was great start to new day! Because I do my workouts usually during early morning and I live in a flat, I appreciate no jumping. My weigths were 7,5 kg. Thank you KayKay for that great workout! ❤ I wish you all the best!

Hi dear Kay! I noticed some of the viewers are voting for no more jumping, I just want to say that I do LOVE jumping with strength workouts aswell. Changing the pace and involving heart rate in a 30 minute workout is awesome for the busy ones and great for metabolism and you get also that stamina. So, we can switch between jumping and no jumping strength work. Also body weight, isometric and no equipment is great sometimes. Thank you always for all your effort and great energy ❤❤😊

I completed this after a 25-minute upper body session. Loved the compound exercises. A sweaty challenging,but fun workout.❤ I used 20lbsfir most of the exercises but dropped to 12lbs for a few 3 exercises.

Nice. I love that every workout is Appartment friendly. That DB hold stand up was epic, too tough not able to do a single one, I have to mould my leg on kneed so that I will be able to stand up. Sweaty one.
