@@fitness__kaykay Finally got around to this workout. Added it on after a dumbbell strength session and, even though I am coming on an illness, I found I likely need a heavier kettlebell than 15 lb. And have to add that I have so much gratitude for the amazing workouts you put together and share with us. I follow many youtube workout peeps and you are always one I choose over the others! ❤

Didn't realise you could have so much fun in a workout using a kettlebells. I managed to dust off my old ones as I always use dumbbell. Used 20lb and 10lb during. Tried to use the heavier one for most of the workout. Max HR 157 bpm. Amazing and so lovely to feel sweat on. Thank you

It’s YOUR workout, you can always adjust exercises. 🫶🏼 We all love the progress - and I also want you to grow and challenge yourself every once in a while if you are up for this. 🩷 Make every workout your own - there’s no need to feel overwhelmed by the workout variation. Also the older ones used to be „challenging“ depending on your own pace and weights and stuff. I would like your guys to take responsibility for your own progress. 😍🫶🏼 And that’s what we do. With every single workout.
