      I know how you feel. Lol! Thanks for sharing your testimony as it encourages me to do the same. I tend to want to strive for the easier workouts as well, when I need to challenge myself to do the workouts that are not so easy.

    I’m literally in tears writing this. The last few weeks were emotionally terrible for me. I had no energy to work out, last night I had a binge eating fest, and I’ve been ignoring my body which made me so guilty. Today I had one hour yoga class scheduled, and normally I love yoga, but didn’t feel like committing to something for one hour. So, I opened TH-cam and searched her channel and found what I really really needed. This workout was so fun, stress relieving, doable, and sexy at the same time. Felt so good looking at myself in the mirror doing this. Love love love you Jo.

    This might sound cheesy but I want to keep track of my progress. I'm 17 years old and currently 87.4kg or 192lbs. I just started today and I'll keep this updated weekly! Wish me luck!!! So I forgot to update this😭 but I am currently 78.7kg or 173.7lbs! I did this every week, taking every Sunday off, and I am on a calorie deficit. But this totally works!

    Just wanted to share my story with Jo and the rest of the community. 2 years ago on my little girl’s 7th birthday we went to a theme park and the experience was dreadful. I spent the entire queue time in a state of dread and panic that I wouldn’t be able to fit on the rides and would have to do the walk of shame in front of the whole park. I actually did manage to squeeze myself into everything but I swear if I had been a lb or 2 heavier then it would have been a no go. Fast forward two years after doing Jo’s workouts religiously every other day and we have just returned from the same theme park for my daughter’s 9th birthday where I got asked for my number by the 20 something ride attendant! 😂 Apart from the inappropriateness of it lol I’m so happy with the change in my physical and mental health. I’ve lost 4 stones thanks to you Jo and I have never felt or looked better!❤❤❤❤❤❤

    I have been doing her workouts twice everyday since earlier this month and this is the first time I've actually started enjoying and looking forward to working out.
    I used to be a dancer in my school days but I haven't moved my body like this since ages. After discovering these amazing workout videos, I've just been hooked.
    And everyday after I finish my workout, during recovery, I go through all the comments from all the lovely people under her videos talking about their progresses, their weight loss plans and the words of encouragement. Keeps me all the more motivated.

    Mixed two of your workout dance videos because one was not enough, lol. I feel great ! That's really the dance part and feminine movements that I needed to give myself back. I don't know how, but somehow we forget ourselves time to time and we stop things we liked doing in the past....anyway, thank you doing those videos because they help so many apparently !!!

    I used to be in a good bmi but after i started working in IT & having a turbulence of emotional stress & personal stuffs i left taking care of my body which significantly gained a lot about 89kgs. I used to follow some diet & workout here & then but doesn’t works out since i lose motivation or my purpose in few weeks. This goes on as a trend in my body weight. After sometime whenever i think to workout i had some fear of doing workout as will i be able to do it or can i cope up with the speed or progress or consistency which triggered my fear to do workout. When i made my mind to follow some diet beside thought of doing some simple workout not to stress to much & lose my motivation within weeks. I came across this video & i did completed this. I hope this will kickstart my weight loss journey to a win. Will surely reply to this same comment after achieving my goal❤ Best of luck to me🧿

    I know you get thousands of comments like this but your workouts are literally so good. The first video I watched of you I was like “no way I’m gonna sweat that much” and by the end of it I was literally soaked in sweat. You have the same body type as me, too, so to see how far you’ve come is really inspiring. Nobody does it like you on youtube!!!

    I shared some of your videos with my sister who is just starting to try and move more, she sits at a desk like me and has some medical issues so I told her to watch the videos I sent her to I spire her to get up off the couch and just walk in place for the duration of the video and maybe as she starts to lose from adding electricity to her day she can start attempting the moves but not the repetitions. You are always so motivational to us all! Keep up the great work!

I tried many workout influencers workouts before but non worked for me only you can keep me consistent.I was 122 lbs when i started and because of my hight my bmi rate is so messed up my target weigjt is 92 lbs.Love you jo

      @@CrownOfbeautyy hey i did the same during covid time but it just destroyed my metabolism plus a lot of health issues .I’ll suggest you too eat at least 2 meals a day but smaller portion don’t starve🥰

    Let me tell you.. i had zero motivation to start this and it took me a while to actually get up and do it. Felt like quitting somewhere in the middle but pushed through. Hell yeah feeling good! I have gotten myself to the point that I need to turn my life upside and start caring my health. Thank you Jo!

      @@Kasiizme22 yeah just laying around all day everyday.. i got so sick of just being tired and moody all the time so i needed a change. It was hardest thing ever but i kicked myself every day just to do small things and here i am 2 months later - 8kg lighter and having energy to live my life and keep going. I do have bad days still everyone does but a bad day doesn’t mean a bad week. Keep fighting you got this!

    My kids and I were down with cough and catarrh over the last weekend and into this week, we all started to feel better by Wednesday; I couldn’t work out cause I was too exhausted, took evening strolls on some days to keep moving at least.
    So fast forward to today that’s Friday and we’re all much better and I was contemplating whether to workout or leave it to start over on Monday. I almost talked myself out of it thinking “hello! you just recovered! Give yourself a break” but nah, I sure Jo has something short & sweet that I do and of course she had just released the perfect recipe for me.
    One thing that always brings me back to Jo is that she understands how it can be and knows how to reach out to get you into that positive headspace.
    I had so much fun dancing away and I feel so good and glad that I showed up.

    been doing her workouts everyday for a month not js this one mix it up ofc i was 102kg rougly 222 pounds wighed myself on the saturday of my first month and i wighed in 98kg, 216pounds im telling u working out and eating well will change u for the better ofc not stopping now but just wanted to say love yourself enough to change yourself it doesnt have to come from hatred

I decided to give this video a try and loved every second of it! I am almost 48 years old and can't remember the last time I actually did a workout. Most of them just made it seem like work, and gave no motivation or encouragement. You made working out so fun and easy, before I knew it we were done!!!! Thank you for giving me the motivation and encouragement I needed. I love your videos so much. I actually did 2 today because I just finished the 12 minute workout before bed (had dinner out) and needed to burn a few extra calories. 😂 I have so much energy since starting your workouts and have even lost a pound.     So I fully started this workout with the expectation of doing 10% energy at most considering I've had a few days off of doing my workouts. That lasted all of 5 seconds! 🤣 I just can't help getting carried away with your workouts and dancing inbetween moves when I'm supposed to be walking! 110% given and I feel so good for doing it 🎉

    I loved this one. Today was one of these days where I thought I couldn't squeeze in a workout so I just wanted to try this one. It felt so nice, my 12 months old baby danced along with me and I could do all the moves without being scared to step on him (unlike others cardio workouts).     Hi Jo. I have been following your workouts for a while now and I must say I have become fitter and lost significant weight. Although, can you consider making a video concerned with only motivating us? I really enjoy your workouts when you keep motivating us in between, it keeps me going.

    Third day with Growwithjo and I hope to see remarkable result in my journey. Ofc, I added intermittent fasting.

    Thank you so much Jo! I broke my wrist and have been struggling to exercise. A dance type workout is exactly what I needed! I may have looked like a cross between a baby in a snowsuit and a crazy robot, but I finished and felt great! Thank you thank you!!

    I love your workouts, this one was really fun, especially since I have bad coordination I really appreciate the simple moves anyone can do plus they seem to be pregnancy friendly. Also I love standing/walking workouts you can do them anywhere anytime and don't need to be on a dirty floor. More please!❤

      Unfortunately you can't target belly fat or any other specific zone of your body. Your body will decide where it looses fat, regardless of which exercise you do.

    That really was to fun and easy. it gave me space to dance during "downtime" because the working out was just part of the dancing. I want to cry at how accessible this workout was. Thanks Jo!!❤❤❤ And even during, I could help but keep remembering a short of yours saying the worst effort workout was better than the best intentioned "I'll workout tomorrow"💓Again, thanks.

    I'm gonna do this exercise for 2 weeks
    Today was my first day ..I was sweating alot after doing this

    I LOVE THIS ONE.. Best one yet for me!! Idk, it's just the pace of it, not too intense, not too easy, coupled with the fact that it's HIIT (I love Tabata too), and the ambience and timers involved, everything was perfection! That cool down song was such a vibe too! ♥ Sending soooooo much love for your work on these videos! I'm almost a year (i think) as a growwithjo sub/fan, and I don't even check the scales anymore.. because i love it so much that I come back to it daily 5 times a week! I've seen visible changes on my body, but honestly who cares.. I feel great! 😄

    Starting June 3rd, going to force myself to do this workout everyday till June 30th
    Day 2- completed. It definitely felt easier than yesterday.
    Did the whole thing on day 1. Im very happy i actually finished it. Sweating a lot rn but feeling amazing.

    This was so perfect for midday, working from home! Plus you guys have such great chemistry, I felt maybe even more excited to try this one? I’m so glad I did. It was cool to see the small variations between both of your styles, because I have both a dance and CrossFit background, so sometimes my moves were more like Jo’s, and sometimes more like Gabbi’s (sorry if spelt wrong). Had a lot of fun. Will do again next week!

    Its been a long time that i really want to loose my extra weight (245lbs) but im too rough with myself and after a week i give up.. But this time i really want to achieve my goal for me and futur me (24 y.o). I do 20 min workout every morning after my night shift and calculate my calories since 3 day in a row now... we can do it!! Just need motivation
