Just wanted to share my story with Jo and the rest of the community. 2 years ago on my little girl’s 7th birthday we went to a theme park and the experience was dreadful. I spent the entire queue time in a state of dread and panic that I wouldn’t be able to fit on the rides and would have to do the walk of shame in front of the whole park. I actually did manage to squeeze myself into everything but I swear if I had been a lb or 2 heavier then it would have been a no go. Fast forward two years after doing Jo’s workouts religiously every other day and we have just returned from the same theme park for my daughter’s 9th birthday where I got asked for my number by the 20 something ride attendant! 😂 Apart from the inappropriateness of it lol I’m so happy with the change in my physical and mental health. I’ve lost 4 stones thanks to you Jo and I have never felt or looked better!❤❤❤❤❤❤

I’m literally in tears writing this. The last few weeks were emotionally terrible for me. I had no energy to work out, last night I had a binge eating fest, and I’ve been ignoring my body which made me so guilty. Today I had one hour yoga class scheduled, and normally I love yoga, but didn’t feel like committing to something for one hour. So, I opened TH-cam and searched her channel and found what I really really needed. This workout was so fun, stress relieving, doable, and sexy at the same time. Felt so good looking at myself in the mirror doing this. Love love love you Jo.
My wedding is in 143 days!! I've been using your videos to shed those last few pounds and tone up a bit to feel my best on my big day! Thank you, Jo!! ❤

I have been doing her workouts twice everyday since earlier this month and this is the first time I've actually started enjoying and looking forward to working out.
I used to be a dancer in my school days but I haven't moved my body like this since ages. After discovering these amazing workout videos, I've just been hooked.
And everyday after I finish my workout, during recovery, I go through all the comments from all the lovely people under her videos talking about their progresses, their weight loss plans and the words of encouragement. Keeps me all the more motivated.

@@laurengriffin2816please also remember it’s good to eat. You need food- you should look into a calorie deficit ❤ either way best of luck! I was 298 I’m 155 now and I did that also with weight training in only like 9 months
What kind of fast and for how long did you fast. . I’m on day 3 and I’m doing omad 1 meal a day
@@CrownOfbeautyy hey i did the same during covid time but it just destroyed my metabolism plus a lot of health issues .I’ll suggest you too eat at least 2 meals a day but smaller portion don’t starve🥰
I've been recommending your workouts to EVERYONE I have met who has mentioned that they've struggled to find workouts they can keep consistent with. So far several of them are watching you several times per week and loving it!

Let me tell you.. i had zero motivation to start this and it took me a while to actually get up and do it. Felt like quitting somewhere in the middle but pushed through. Hell yeah feeling good! I have gotten myself to the point that I need to turn my life upside and start caring my health. Thank you Jo!

I shared some of your videos with my sister who is just starting to try and move more, she sits at a desk like me and has some medical issues so I told her to watch the videos I sent her to I spire her to get up off the couch and just walk in place for the duration of the video and maybe as she starts to lose from adding electricity to her day she can start attempting the moves but not the repetitions. You are always so motivational to us all! Keep up the great work!

My kids and I were down with cough and catarrh over the last weekend and into this week, we all started to feel better by Wednesday; I couldn’t work out cause I was too exhausted, took evening strolls on some days to keep moving at least.
So fast forward to today that’s Friday and we’re all much better and I was contemplating whether to workout or leave it to start over on Monday. I almost talked myself out of it thinking “hello! you just recovered! Give yourself a break” but nah, I sure Jo has something short & sweet that I do and of course she had just released the perfect recipe for me.
One thing that always brings me back to Jo is that she understands how it can be and knows how to reach out to get you into that positive headspace.
I had so much fun dancing away and I feel so good and glad that I showed up.

I know you get thousands of comments like this but your workouts are literally so good. The first video I watched of you I was like “no way I’m gonna sweat that much” and by the end of it I was literally soaked in sweat. You have the same body type as me, too, so to see how far you’ve come is really inspiring. Nobody does it like you on youtube!!!
These 20 to 30 minute dance workouts are my favorite from your channel! PLEASE do more! Specifically that target belly fat. 😽🫶❤
Unfortunately you can't target belly fat or any other specific zone of your body. Your body will decide where it looses fat, regardless of which exercise you do.

So I fully started this workout with the expectation of doing 10% energy at most considering I've had a few days off of doing my workouts. That lasted all of 5 seconds! 🤣 I just can't help getting carried away with your workouts and dancing inbetween moves when I'm supposed to be walking! 110% given and I feel so good for doing it 🎉

I LOVE THIS ONE.. Best one yet for me!! Idk, it's just the pace of it, not too intense, not too easy, coupled with the fact that it's HIIT (I love Tabata too), and the ambience and timers involved, everything was perfection! That cool down song was such a vibe too! ♥ Sending soooooo much love for your work on these videos! I'm almost a year (i think) as a growwithjo sub/fan, and I don't even check the scales anymore.. because i love it so much that I come back to it daily 5 times a week! This was so much fun! I love the pressure free vibe of your workouts. I have a chronic injury in my hand and am not allowed to lift weights anymore and put pressure on it (and am missing my arm muscles 😢). I loved this one. Today was one of these days where I thought I couldn't squeeze in a workout so I just wanted to try this one. It felt so nice, my 12 months old baby danced along with me and I could do all the moves without being scared to step on him (unlike others cardio workouts).
