Wow, in the 1.5 months that I have been doing your monthly workouts, I am already a lot more flexible than when I only trained with the TRX and another strength program. 🥳 YES I did it to stand after the back roll, first a yoga squat and then with each roll further up until I was finally standing. No more other programs for me, Wow Kathrin, you train very well for the body, very varied, something everyone should do, even bodybuilders, just to stay flexible. I turn 55 on Friday, so I'm going into my old age smoothly, well 🤭 I still feel young.
I love your 30 min cardio workouts especially this one as it doesnt involve any complicated move and yet keeps the heart rate up through out.
