So I’m a 15 year old girl, who’s just trying to have a better lifestyle I’ve been doing these types of workout for the past few months from this channel and honestly it’s amazing, I’ve noticed such huge changes in my body and it just makes me feel really good, of course it was hard for me at first to complete these workouts but now I finish them all. Great workout. 310 active calories, average heart rate 122bpm. I hated the tricep pulses, had to take some breaks there and on the last set up pushups it was granny pushups for me. On the superman, I would hold it and do 10 pulls, is that less effective than what you were doing? Overall great workout, thanks for grouping body parts together, that helps.

What i like about your workouts is that you do it together so it's not seperated in 'women' and 'men' workouts, and it's without lots of talking and stuff. What i don't like is, that you often write the calories in the title. I personally want to do some sports for my health and not for changing the way i look, to loose weight or to count calories and as someone who struggled with this some years ago, like hundrets of people do, it's dangerous and leads to body issues. Just a little advice from me, maybe you could think about that :)
