I appreciate that you provided this banded options- next time I do this workout I will use a band 🤗 I also appreciate that the sound, when a hint appears on the screen, is different from the main signal that notifies you about starting or finishing the exercise, so it is not distracting, but gently suggests that maybe we should look at the screen. Also a big plus that there is information which dumbbells you currently use. Small details, but they really matter 🤗🤗
