Remember: we all are different, so are our levels of fitness. Make every single workout YOUR OWN. It is really important to make sure to maintain a proper form while exercising. Feel free to modify some exercises (such as slowing down, no jumping etc.) or rest some more if you need to. 🤍

Wow! I am so happy that you made me stronger and I can endure now a training like this one. I was never good at cardio and I was not able to keep breathing after a few exercises... This one was a challenge and when I first saw it I thought I wouldn't be able to do it and I would just quit.
But I did it all! I am so happy that my body is doing it and my mind as well!
I can not be more grateful for all the effort you put in all the workouts you prepare for us and how you make us grow!

the best workout eveeeeer! viele von tabata/hiit workouts sind mir nicht anstrengend genug, deswegen tausche ich manche Übungen gegen burpees (damit ich Gefühl kriege, dass ich gleich sterbe). bei diesem musste ich natürlich nicht modifizieren, danke!

That was a killer one. 5 second pass is seriously killed me. I have taken 2 pause of 30 second to catch my breath, in between one at 18 minutes and another at 30 min. Mind blowing fantastic cardio done at home. Incredible effect. I become a fan of your workouts.
