    Mahilig ako uminom ng tubig pero may technique Pala sya para lumiit Ang tiyan...thank u sis dto sa vlog mo starting from now gagawin ko tong napanood ko sau kc gusto ko tlagang maging flatten Ang tiyan ko even my tatlo na akong anak 😊😊

    Hi, gusto ko lang sabihin na 6 to 8 liter of water ay nasa dalawang gallon na ng tubig at para sa konting kaalaman lang too much water ay nakakasama din sa atin dahil pwede ito mag dulot ng hyponatremia which is very dangerous, alamin lang po namin kung meron tayong karamdaman na maaaring magdulot ng sakit.
    Ang advisable water intake lang ng babae ay 11.5 glasses of water or 2.7 liters at sa lalake naman ay 15.5 glasses or 3.7 liters of water.
    Sorry po baka kasi may tao na iinom ng 6-8 liters of water a day which is masama po, Thank you.

    Ginagawa ko to kaso pabalik balik ako sa CR kasi ihi ako ng ihi. Parang binabalisawsaw sa dami ng beses na umiihi 🤣🤣 Pero napansin ko na pag pinapawisan ako hindi na malagkit yung feeling. Parang fresh parin ♥️

      Better po yan kasi isa sa nakakatanggal din ng fats yung pag labas ng toxins sa katawan natin. Kaya need natin uminom water para malabas natin lahat sa pamamagitan ng pag ihi at pagpapawis :)

    Di po ako fan ng tubig. Hindi naman po ako umiinom ng soft drinks dahil hindi ko bet ang lasa. Pero last year napadalas ang pananakit ng aking tiyan. Sabi ng doktor medyo malala na ang UTI ko po. Dahil po ito sa madalang na pag inom ko ng tubig. 6am-5pm po kasi ang klase namin at ang tubig sa room po talaga ay limited lang. Pero nung nag bakasyon ay sinubukan ko ang water therapy hindi para magpababa ng tumbang kundi para gumaling. Months later nagulat nalang ako ng ma check uli ang timbang ko and marami rin nakapansin ang laki ng pinayat ko. From 77Kg-60Kg within 3 months. Marami po talaga benefits ang tubig. Til now nag wawater therapy pa rin ako though huminto ako ng ilang months.

    I just want to share that I tried water therapy since April 2021 nakita ko lang nung nag search ako sa google. And then I tried it. Until now yun pa ein daily routine ko paggising ko sa umaga. It really helps talaga. And then sabayan niyo lang ng kunting exercise or yoga. It really burn fats and improves your body shape.❤️

    Gentle Reminder lang po na drink water in moderation kasi pwede po kayong magka Water Intoxication (search nyo nalang po for further info). Ang kidneys po natin ay kayang mag filter ng maximum ng isang litrong tubig sa isang oras. Just saying lang po out of concern 😊

    Dringking milk and milo in the morning after waking up is it adviceable to drink it, since wala pa naman laman ung tyan, pero mainit na tubig naman sya? Okay lang ba un, or kelangan plain warm water lang ang iinomin pagkagising?

    Since nanganak ako sa pang 3rd baby ko problema ko na po yung tiyan ko super bloated payat ako pero yung tiyan ko talaga problema ko kasi nga bloated siya itatry ko po ito ngayon thankyou sis 💙

    wow.. sobra naman yata yung 6-8 liters mo sis.at ang sobra e nakakasama rin.. 6-8 GLASSES is normal.kung on diet ka pwede na yung 2-3 liters maximum

So parang inexpand ko lang explanation for tip 2 and 3 from the 1st video. Hehe. So ayun, effective sya sakin so sana effective din sya sayo. Hehe. And depende kung gano kadami water ha. Kung uhawin ka makakarami ka talaga ng water heheh. Pero normally pwede na 8 to 15 glasses of water per day 😊😊
