    I love the way you inspired me 'gah❤️❤️❤️Namomotivate mo ako gah sobra nagsimula na ako ng 2days gah❤️❤️❤️ Hirap na hirap ako gah since nanganak ako hirap ako magpapayat eh, before ako nabuntis I'm just 45-47kilos lng Ang weight ko..simula nung nanganak ako sobra ang tinaba ko umabot ako ng 70kilos..Then nagdecide ako nung January 11,2020 nagbawas ako up to May ng 8kilos now 62-63kilos ako Ang hirap ko magbawas not like before parang Ang bilis lng..Pero gah dahil sau namotivate ako uli strick diet ako gah..Once aday ang ginawa ko then exercise once day in afternoon for 30minutes at sinunod ko Yung ginawa mo na no sugar,rice,pasta,sweet at Coke hopefully magtuloy tuloy to hanggang sa weight goal ko gah❤️☝️ Sobra love love to Ang vlog mo wala nang pasikot sikot in details agad❤️❤️❤️keep safe ☝️☝️☝️

      @@genevievebuctuan2343 yes normal lalo na kapag di ka sanay na nag exercise. :) wag ka masyado mag alala. And pag mag eexercise ka dapat nakapaghinga ka na after kumain. Mga an hour after kumain. Kaya mo yan :) walang susuko
