I’m a flyer for cheer and since the summer has started, I’ve noticed I just let go of my body. I want to get back on track and I’m going to be doing these workouts. I can already say I am in love!! Can’t wait to see the difference it makes💗

I love her videos because somehow you feel a peaceful chill vibe from her and shes so careful. Its slow but it burns ❤ i see working out like the story of the turtle and rabbit. If you are slow and focused you will win if you are fast and get tired impatient to get it done you will not win. And her videos i feel they will help me in my fitness journey. Great peaceful videos i love love loveee!

I've tried multiple workouts but nothing has worked. (I need fun to make sport or I’ll won’t do it on a daily basis). This is the first Pilates workout I’ve done and it’s so much fun. I never thought about doing Pilates but it’s so effective and fun. Thank you very much!!❤

It's hurt a little, but nothing bad, I will create a plan with meals that I must eat for lose weight more easily ! See u tomorrow ( maybe )
4days later: okay , my legs are definitely more slim ( just a little ) and I lose 4kg
Day 6 : I see a difference and I will continue to work hard !
Day 7 : Okayyy girlss I lose 5 kg OMGAAA and my body change omggg trust me it's workk !! I'll continue for 1 week

I have a question does this give you a more box or hourglass because feel like I'm losing mine I started this just to get more defined abs but it looks like I'm getting boxy

I adore your workouts so much but does anyone else have sweaty palms that in exercises like 11:05 is hard to do because your hands slip away which makes you unbalanced? Does anyone know a solution to this? I’m still a beginner so that could be why 😭

What’s the music for this workout?
Does anyone have an idea on why my neck hurts so bad after doing the first group of exercises?
That happens to me when do ab workouts too! It might be because your neck is compensating for some of the strength your abs lack right now. Most ab exercises are just as effective if your head is laid flat on the mat, so I would recommend doing that if your neck hurts too much. For me, I can have my head up during some exercises but not others. Just listen to your body
maybe because you using your neck muscles and not ab muscles, try and keep your ab muscles tight
It’s because your not using your core, your using your neck, try tucking your chin in when doing these excersies. Also try holding the back of your head, not your neck!
