The thing i love about this workout pilates is like you dont have to be jumping being on a rampage like other workouts but this one is calm like its so good to do this in the morning
for anyone who's considering starting this workout: it absolutely works. i've only been doing it for a few days (in a calorie deficit) and ive lost a couple inches off my waist, it looks much smaller. My stomach muscles are way more defined too

I did this workout for like a week and OMG ! I haven't lost weight but my core got so much stronger ! I can now do a chloe ting workout without taking breaks even though I haven't worked out in a while ! I might consider adding pilates to my daily workout now !
i used to do Chloe ting before and trust me that made me feel so sad and weak that I gave up on working out completely. Recently I found Lidia's channel and I've been doing her workout challenges w 2 more extra workouts vids of her for 3 weeks now. Trust me it's so good. I didn't lose weight or lose my belly fat but I can feel my arms toned and my upper abdomen snatched. So now I'm thinking about starting Chloe ting again to lose the fat ive got but ik it'll be tough. Please suggest me how to lose belly fat 😩
I did this workout every day for two weeks and I really notice a difference. I feel much fitter and I also notice a difference in my abs. This has definitely become one of my favorite workouts now!! Thank you💛

I am completely in love with this workout. I spend only 20 minutes a day to do it and I see a nice result after a week. so you can workout only once a week, but if you want it to work, I do twice a day (in the morning after I get up and in the evening).
doing this everyday until i get too bored! day 1: didn’t burn that much idk why? day 2: it was a lot harder today! day 3: todays workout went really quick! doing it before i go and do cardio at the gym and am also doing another ab workout later on! day 4: had to do this on a bed today so was more challenging. day 5: had to do this on a bed again today and it burnt a lot more! (probably because i used a sit up bench yesterday and that always makes me ache sm the next day) day 6: i did this on my bed today AGAIN. burning less but my abs are still achey 😭 day 7: not on my bed yay! did this after overdoing it in the gym i am so achey day 8: my legs are KILLING ME!! this was extra hard today day 9: starting to get a little bored of this. also just realised i’m staying in a hotel in manchester tomorrow and the next day busy so idk if i will be able to workout 🥰 day 10: i am leaving in less then ten minutes now that i have finished and i just did this before going on a train for HOURSSS. day 11: feet are killing me today i did sm walking but i’m home and still managed to workout 😭 day 12: did 12k on the bike in the gym then came home and did this after making some fried chicken 😝 day 13: had to half rush this today 😭 day 14: TWO WEEKS! overdid it in the gym today thought i was going to throw up and faint at the same time (i didn’t) so just doing pilates for the rest of my excercise today because i push myself too much 🥰 day 15: starting to get a lot more bored of this might finish this soon! day 16: i’ve over done it today. this really burnt today and i didn’t even need this video because i knew it off my heart haha day 17: did this off by heart and missed the last two excercise because i had to go out 😭 day 18: this KILLED today because i did a lotttt of abs yesterday without realising until today 😭 day 19: on my bed doing this again but getting really used to this workout but very bored. day 20: very used to this. day 21: i finally have a carpet in my room!!! no more bed yay 😭 day 22: i have decided that i’m going to finish doing this workout and change to another after day 31! so about a week. day 29?: i have been doing this workout but i keep forgetting to write notes so i’m pretty sure it’s 29 😭 day 30: almost done! day 31: I AM DONE!!! one month later of this workout and i do notice a difference, regret not taking before and after photos and measurements but forgot but i do see a difference! it’s going to be weird not doing this workout now! thank you 🤍🤍🤍
Day 7: Easier than before, I feel stronger and less tired. For everyone watching this, don't give up. When I'm about to quit I repeat to myself that "in 1 week I will smell it, in 2 weeks I will see it and in 3 weeks people will notice it" All work pay off so don't give up! Doing it for at least a month! Day 1- the burn is insane, the exercises seem pretty hard Day 2 - the exercises still seem pretty hard, but the burn feels sooo good Day 3 - I am really tired today, but still managed to do it, the burn is still pretty strong! Had to take a few days break, I was a little bit too busy with school Day 4- I can feel the burn, but the exercises don't seem that hard anymore! I have exams season coming up, it is sometimes hard to manage my time, so if you see me skipping few days, don't worry, I just don't have time! Day 5 - the pain is still very much there, but it's easier to complete the exercises Day 6 - did it!
After trying out so many different work out routines, for a long time I never felt a lot of burn like I used to. But this one had me trying to avoid a laugh because my core is very VERY SORE!!! I love it!

I’m going to be doing this exercise as much as I can. I can build muscle very easily, but that has made me feel unmotivated to even try, so right now I have very little. Found u from TikTok so imma try do this for myself ( will update for 1 week ) Day 1 - last 2 movements made my arms all Shakey but I love how easy and quick this is yet so powerful Day 2 - woke up feeling the pain but I managed to do it again but lost my balance with the last one - Ideally 2 weeks of doing this I want to move on to the 20min hourglass one Day 3- woke up in less pain but I tried doing this got like 3 steps in then had to do something which made my physically sore and tired so I tried again later but stopped after the Russian twist thing as I was sore Day 4 - got sore fast yet b4 I did a 25min walk but the last 2 I can't seem to do yet as I still feel weak after the Russian twists Day 5 - didn't have time to do it Day 6 - didn't have time but did 8k steps Day 7 - attempted and did a bit I had more breaks and I stopped halfway into the twists

4th or 5th day doing this and I can confirm it literally strengthens ur core .. I haven't seen physical changes but I feel like after doing this it's been easier for me to do planks and other workouts . (and let me tell u I SUCK at planks and any other type of workout) so I feel like this has made it so much easier and I'll probably stick to doing this for a while !! Doing calorie deficit and this workout + for 2 weeks! Okay guys i wanna try doing this workout twice per day for 3 weeks so ill start today! Im not measuring just to see if i really just notice a difference over time, Im trying for a calorie deficit as well and have been strength training in the gym. Day 1: I felt like some excersizes like the russian twists had no effect on me so i just held a plank instead, overall my core does feel sore but it was much less harder then i expected! i used to do Chloe ting before and trust me that made me feel so sad and weak that I gave up on working out completely.
Recently I found Lidia's channel and I've been doing her workout challenges w 2 more extra workouts vids of her for 3 weeks now. Trust me it's so good. I didn't lose weight or lose my belly fat but I can feel my arms toned and my upper abdomen snatched.

I am completely in love with this workout. I spend only 20 minutes a day to do it and I see a nice result after a week. so you can workout only once a week, but if you want it to work, I do twice a day (in the morning after I get up and in the evening).

Day 1- the burn is insane, the exercises seem pretty hard
Day 2 - the exercises still seem pretty hard, but the burn feels sooo good
Day 3 - I am really tired today, but still managed to do it, the burn is still pretty strong!
Had to take a few days break, I was a little bit too busy with school
Day 4- I can feel the burn, but the exercises don't seem that hard anymore!
I have exams season coming up, it is sometimes hard to manage my time, so if you see me skipping few days, don't worry, I just don't have time!
Day 5 - the pain is still very much there, but it's easier to complete the exercises

I’m going to be doing this exercise as much as I can. I can build muscle very easily, but that has made me feel unmotivated to even try, so right now I have very little. It’s also summer for me and I want to be able to feel more confident in my body:

Week one of doing Pilates! I’ve adddd another ten minute routine to this and I’m so happy and feel poor of myself for being able to do it for a week . I’m gonna do it for the rest of forever. I’m getting abs !! I will get them!
First time trying this! I love it so far, thank you for an ab focused workout that doesn't put excessive strain on my extremely tight hip flexors or neck
Doing this as a skinny fat person (fat on my belly) that also goes to the gym! (This is basically my abs workout)
DAY 1------> some exercise are challenging while some aren't
DAY 2------>i hate doing scirrors with my legs lol (went to the gym)
DAY 3------> hard, felt like i did worse than yesterday
DAY 4----- >not bad ig? I wonder if u should switch to another one (also gym)
DAY 5-----> i honestly didn't want to do it but gotta do what you gotta do! Anyways i felt like i did better than yesterday
DAY 6-----> i fell like i did worse but idk (also went to the gym)
DAY 7-----> no visible differences but I'm getting stronger i think! (It's not possible to see results within a week, you have to wait a month!

day 1: i was shaking like crazy and my abs area is soreee
day 2: my abs area was still sore from yesterday's workout so i took some breaks in between. shaking got lesser and i feel great
day 3: it's kinda getting easier? i still took some breaks but I'm not shaking that much anymore
day 4: shaking got lesser!! and i took very little breaks, my core still hurts haha!!
day 5: core hurts less, almost no breaks and no shaking and i feel better !
day 6: no more sore core, no more shaking, no breaks and i feel so much more stronger! i can feel my core getting better

when i first did this workout the sidekicks had me dying and i barely finished the plank, but now after two weeks (i do the workout 4-5 times a week) i do them without a problem!!

✅ day 1: today I did 2 of her videos for 20 mins total. at first they were kinda simple, but then I felt some huge burns in my legs and abs.
Okay guys i wanna try doing this workout twice per day for 3 weeks so ill start today! Im not measuring just to see if i really just notice a difference over time, Im trying for a calorie deficit as well and have been strength training in the gym.
Day 1: I felt like some excersizes like the russian twists had no effect on me so i just held a plank instead, overall my core does feel sore but it was much less harder then i expected!
Day 2: I felt the burn more because of the day before but overall pretty light workout i enjoyed it!
Day 3:I really didnt want to do this cause i had js finished my workout but so 5 minutes see i wanted to quit but the break is at the perfect time so i just decided to finish it😫 Wasnt as hard tho
Day 4: i did my workout rly late but i extended most of the workout to 1 minute long each because i havent been feeling it, idk what im doing wrong but ill try again tomorrow
Day 5: I was feeling tired today so i switched up the exercise and i actually feel it more this time im not sure if ill continue this but ill keep marking down progress
Day 6: I had to take a rest day cause they took away my water😭
Day 7!!!: Did the excersize before and after my workout felt it alot more this time and as a person whos insecure about their boxy body i definitely notice my waist more pinched in
Day 8:After a Week I definitely see my stomach more toned and it looks flatter then before Cant wait for week 2
