For people doing this exercise and not seeing results after 3 weeks. Remember you won’t even see your results in a month or even 2 months. Years and years of not taking care of your body isn’t going to just go away in a month. It’s a process, you can do it, stay consistent! Remember working on your body to stay strong and healthy is a lifestyle not a fast fix.
Your are right every body is different I remember around 2019 I was 99kg I started working out on feb of 2020 it tooks me 3 years to go down on 65kg but I didn't work out every day and I have never Been on tje gym or diate And the on july I started again no im 62kg my plan for this September is my stomach and arm fat and I'm cutting of sodas and everything with sugar 😂😂

Hi guys, I'm going to be doing this exercise for 1 month straight, but I'm going to be doing it along with two other exercises for my waist and lower belly. then it will affect the result, but what matters is to see if it works or not. Waist: 65cm Lower belly: 75cm Hip: 82cm ✅️Day 1: It was pretty hard since I haven't exercised in a while. my legs hurt and my abdomen burned a lot, but I loved it, see you tomorrow! ✅️Day 2: ✅️Day 3: ✅️Day 4: ✅️Day 5:my abdomen is still burning, but my legs have stopped burning and now I can do the exercises much better! ✅️Day 6: ✅️Day 7: in a week the result is very good. My belly is toned and has almost no fat. Exercise really works! ✅️Day 8: ✅️Day 9: ✅️Day 10: ✅️Day 11: ✅️Day 12: ✅️Day 13: ✅️Day 14:It doesn't hurt like it used to and I'm seeing better results. this video works, however, the results are small so far! ✅️Day 15: (Update): I stopped doing the exercises in the third week. I didn't see many results, even doing it with two more exercises. It might work for you, because everyone's body is different so you might get more results than me! 2 Month Update🌻: after the first couple weeks of doing this pilates routine daily, I started incorporating the 12/3/30 cardio routine (absolute GAME CHANGER for my weight loss journey) afterwards. i take 1-2 “rest days” a week where i foam roll my muscles then only stick with doing the 12/3/30 (12 incline, 3mph, 30 minutes) cardio routine for the day - which also i feel like helps with slimming down the waist as wellll 💞

I’ve been doing this excercise for 2 weeks influencer from the old videos too. Do keep in mind I was being consistent and rn I weigh 57 kg im a little chubby as in back neck leg and tummy fat otherwise thankfully my fugure is really good I just need to slim down. I’m not really good at diets so I just eat everything my body needs sweets to spicy I do cut down on junk food because the better you don’t eat junk instead I eat food or compromise it’s hard but you’ll get there. ALSO I DO TREADMILL FOR AN HOUR WITH AN HOUR WORTH OF PILATES SO THIS WAY I CAN BE FAST AND FELK BETTER. However do whatever suits your body because generally for me longer and tougher workouts work well. Day 1: ✅ i was doing good until the planks lol, looking a little less debloated after the first round but no huge changes yet :D Day 2: ✅ one again a little less bloated and no huge changes. I think im starting to see more definiton but idk yet Day 3: ✅ definitely seeing definiton now, and alot less bloated! Day 4: ❌ didn’t have time Day 5: ✅ since i didnt do it yesterday I did it twice today UPDATE: WOW this is the most definition and fastest results I’ve ever seen in my 2 years of doing ab workouts! Ive tried lily sabri, chloe ting, etc. and none of them have worked like this! Day 6: ✅ WOOHOOO ALMOST TO ONE WEEK, im a little bloated but i think thats because of how much i ate yesterday lol, i can still see my abs when im bloated tho! Day 7: ✅ YAYYYY ONE WEEK IN! im sorry but when ur body is "getting used to the workout" just repeat it 2 times. and also i dont think u got used to this workout in such a short period of time i assume u arent doung them correctly (please dont take this with a heavy heary im trying to help u as i dont know u or ur situation) and if multiple workouts did not work for u i think it's probably because u arent doing them correctly(my guess) but also everyones body is different so im not judging u what works for me wont for u (also for ur note this is pilates every exercise has to be slow and i think this is probably why you arent seeing results, doing a 1 minute exercise while rushing wont show u any results)

I've started working out with you for maybe a month now. My goal hasn't been really to lose weight, but just because I don't move enough in my daily life and I'm too young (36) to be feeling as creaky as I was. My body has responded great; my knees and wrists are so much more limber now, I can feel I am stronger, and can move more easily. A side effect is that I'm less bloated and am seeing definition growing in my body. Overall I feel stronger, more energetic and overall better in my body. Thanks so much Lidia

Doing this for 14 days straight Day 1 ✅- it was most definitely intense because I can feel my abdominal area shaking. Definitely doing it again tomorrow 🤭 (Waistline- 85cm) (lower belly- 95cm) Day 2✅- my stomach was on fire but I managed to complete the workout. Day 3✅- it's not getting any easier. Day 4✅- I'm starting to adjust to the workout. I can see my waist getting tinier but my belly is still there .
@@DDdoestomuch I completed the workout and yes it does work even though I wasn't updating and it's even better because I didn't have to change much of my diet I just started drinking alot of water so it made me not eat alot (as much as I used to). My waist is now 79cm and my lower belly is 90cm . So yes it works and I would definitely recommend it.🤍

This was my first experience w pilates. Some parts were really challenging but the time flew !! I can't wait to see what changes it does to my bodyyy. I'll try my best and be consistent since that's my biggest struggle. Anyways, great video!!

i did the hourglass challenge 2 months ago excellent work out i think i should've went a little harder on myself but i had no energy day 1 of entering in my routine: not pretty bad im shaking a lot but its normal of course im sweating A LOT and i need to go take a shower tomorrow i have school see ya on day 2

I feel like this exercise is great after doing a 10 minute alexis wren ab workout because this one is a little less intense and both give amazing results.
@@ereinaverma3382 doing this workout, plus other full body pilates workouts, and walking 10k steps a day will definitely help with weight everywhere including the stomach. A good diet is also something to think about, like you won't see results quickly if all you consume is processed/packaged food and junk. A higher protein diet with less sugar and less carbs usually is best. Don't restrict meals either, that makes it all worse.

I have been doing this workout for a week and have seen no difference other than my stomach looking different when I get bloated but honestly I think it’s my fault cause I don’t eat right so ima try to do this again but in a healthy way along with some other workouts!
This workout is great IF you have cut your teeth on beginners Pilates for a while.. this is a great next step. OR.. if you are young and flexible to start with, you should be fine! Greatly enjoying this but could not have started with this as a first step.
People quit because they don't see results in one week. You can't see results in one week even with a proper diet. One week or two weeks is very short to see any result. Do it for at least one or two months with a proper diet to see satisfying results (low fat and calories more protein)

Agree, takes a good year to 6 months to see your body change. And that when you watch your portions, carbs, sugars intake.

make sure you’re giving yourself rest days :)) if you do it too much then your muscles won’t recover and grow stronger, you’ll plateau faster

I've a big tummy 😢 and decided to have flatter one in the year of 2024. Starting with this..and I feel it so peaceful doing this. Will add to daily routine and share my results

Doing this for 14 days straight
Day 1 ✅- it was most definitely intense because I can feel my abdominal area shaking. Definitely doing it again tomorrow 🤭
(Waistline- 85cm) (lower belly- 95cm)
Day 2✅- my stomach was on fire but I managed to complete the workout.
Day 3✅- it's not getting any easier.
Day 4✅- I'm starting to adjust to the workout. I can see my waist getting tinier but my belly is still there .

@@DDdoestomuch I completed the workout and yes it does work even though I wasn't updating and it's even better because I didn't have to change much of my diet I just started drinking alot of water so it made me not eat alot (as much as I used to). My waist is now 79cm and my lower belly is 90cm . So yes it works and I would definitely recommend it.🤍

This was my first experience w pilates. Some parts were really challenging but the time flew !! I can't wait to see what changes it does to my bodyyy. I'll try my best and be consistent since that's my biggest struggle. Anyways, great video!!

doing this workout for two weeks until i go back to school (ill give updates)
day one: ✅ || was a bit hard because im not used to it yet. definitely felt the burn!
day two: ✅ || still a bit hard! trying to adjust to the workout
day three: ✅ || getting easier … and my flow is improving!
day four: ✅ || noticing some results! (slightly less bloating)
day five: ✅ || less bloating than normal after eating meals!
day six: ✅ || overall flow of the workout is improving...pausing way less

@@ereinaverma3382 doing this workout, plus other full body pilates workouts, and walking 10k steps a day will definitely help with weight everywhere including the stomach. A good diet is also something to think about, like you won't see results quickly if all you consume is processed/packaged food and junk. A higher protein diet with less sugar and less carbs usually is best. Don't restrict meals either, that makes it all worse.

I have been doing this workout for a week and have seen no difference other than my stomach looking different when I get bloated but honestly I think it’s my fault cause I don’t eat right so ima try to do this again but in a healthy way along with some other workouts!

This workout is great IF you have cut your teeth on beginners Pilates for a while.. this is a great next step. OR.. if you are young and flexible to start with, you should be fine! Greatly enjoying this but could not have started with this as a first step.
People quit because they don't see results in one week. You can't see results in one week even with a proper diet. One week or two weeks is very short to see any result. Do it for at least one or two months with a proper diet to see satisfying results (low fat and calories more protein)
