Oh girlie you don't know how much I needed this. I'm a drained elementary school teacher who's also doing her teacher certification rn and I'm running on 5 hours of sleep at most. No energy to go to the gym whatsoever. This feels so good. Much love

I’ve been working out to only Lidia, since they’re slow and relaxing. I’ve never gotten results in just a week… which was crazy because I’ve only do like one set per day for 10 mins or 30 mins. I’m genuinely so happy, thank you so very much!!

You undermine your craft with ads placed right in the middle of a particular move. Maybe consider shifting them to the start/end of the video or if you must, during the breaks or before/after a move. Now, just as I'm getting into the flow and feeling the burn whilst in a plank, an ad pops up, I have to get up, skip it and resume the exercise with 21 seconds to go but alas, the moment has passed and the burn - gone.

you should find a routine that works for you 🤍 other peoples workout routines really don’t matter as everyone needs different things to feel energised healthy and happy!
