Your form is always impeccable and you are rock solid. I've also noticed when you give your talk in the beginning of a session, your skin looks so healthy and more specifically, your cheeks look super rosy and shiny. May I ask what cosmetic product you use to get that glow?

Hellerrr! lol So I got off work about an hour ago and wanted to do an arm workout before I got dinner start...I didn't expect to be depleted after a 17 min arm workout. Boxing killed me and prayed for the end and when I say "Workout Complete" after the boxing I almost cried. lol No, I didn't but my arms had enough. This was my first time doing this workout and I LUV'D IT!! I will begin incorporating it in my weekly regime. Thanks again Mrs. Robertson for ALWAYS bringing your "A" game no matter how long or short the videos are! You are AWESOME (singing it like Oprah) ;) Laters

Great workout. I've been following your routines since October 2020. Started with the standing abs and gradually moved to the arm toning workouts, up to this one, which I do twice every other day. I've been able to see a difference in my once fat, wobbly arms, which have turned into strong, firm and much thinner arms, along with consistent weight loss. I've talked about your videos with my dietitian, and he's been recommending them to his other patients. Thank you, Heather.
I LOVE THIS WORKOUT! The workouts i normally do can only be done at the gym and during the lockdown i scrambled for alternatives and this one is the best by far :) Quick and simple, but definitely burned my arms off.
