    Why these yoga classes deosnt teach how to achieve the movements .

      I understand your concern. I do teach them in my personal yoga classes for complete beginners. Usually TH-cam Yoga videos are not for complete beginners as it is not possible to cover variation for each body type. When we teach in person we can see our students and then attend to their needs and teach them accordingly.
