    I find your practice the most suitable for myself. Because you're always so very calm with your presence and your voice. This video in my opinion is by far the best you have done so far. Especially when it comes to pacing, editing and guidance. Much love!

    Thank you for this awesome flow, I finally found something for me - this flow was amazing not only because I finally had the time to breathe, but also because it’s a proper replacement of yin yoga when I actually wanna a slow practice, full of different asanas without holding poses for a long period of time. Absolute balance!

    Thank you for this new flow, it is absolutely perfect. I broke my wrist a month ago and was rotating through the same 3/4 hands-free classes. This is one of the first “regular” ones I’ve done since it had no planks and it was beautiful. Would love more like these

    Hello, stretching exercises are really great for the body☀I increased my height by 4 inches in 4 months and this result is truly incredible for me. During this period I used Shiydf and did regular stretching exercises every week. I hope everyone achieves their dreams!

    Hi Jessica. I start my morning practice with you. I discovered your channel in the pandemic and have been a loyal subscriber. I recently had knee replacement surgery on my right and left knees to repair worn down menisci due to my days playing football.     I’m a broke 40 yr old fisherman, infantry, construction not smart so I never made it in management and I hurt myself deadlifting. It’s hard for me to bend my knees or do anything without hurting and this was a great workout and I feel great thank you for sharing this
