i have been following you for a few years now and, amongst just a couple of other things, you especially have inspired me to become a yoga teacher! i got my 200 hr cert last year and am currently going thru my 300 hr training. now i teach yoga regularly at a public gym, private gym, corporate/research institute, and at community college events! it's so fun. the best parts are that i finally found something that makes me feel so confident, allows me to be creative, and share what i know with others while i continuously learning from great teachers like you. thank you for what you do 💙 love your videos always!

@@sonalsingh5819I would encourage a combination of movement (from gentle to intense, honoring your body) & minimizing or eliminating processed foods & refined sugar 😊 If it aligns with your wellness, also trying intermittent fasting or 12 hour periods of gut rest.

at the start i started saying "i will stop whenever i feel like" cuz 25 sounded way too much to me,but at the end i was like "i made it till the end???" like time flew by i cant believe i invested my 25 min in such a beautiful way! i loved how you put everything so nicely! proud of myself thats why im commenting! sending love to you! I have adhd, and while I've embraced that this is just who I am, I am always filled with jumpy energy. I got myself onto the mat, and I almost gave up to do other things, but I stuck to the end. I am so happy I finished a task in its entirety, and your calm voice gently reassured me to thank myself for making it to the mat. I am so happy I did, because I think its set the tone for today. I started the practice feeling bad about myself and having some neck pain, and I ended up feeling so great and fresh with no pain at all ! I love this practice so much especially because it has a lot of back bends and heart openers which I love the most.
