    I love that you jump right in to the movement and the video doesn't spend 3 minutes just introducing the class.

    Really appreciate the timing of the voice over to the movements. Most other yoga channels the new pose is already completed before the voice over gets there. This style is better. The voice instruction is timed in advance so that you are able to do the pose together with the visual. This is very unique and I haven't seen this style elsewhere. This is a finer point that some might miss but it's the little things that show quality.

    This absolutely my go-to daily flow. I might change it up from time to time so I don't get complacent, but if I only have twenty minutes to exercise, this is IT. Thank you for putting this out there.

    With everything going on in the world, I have been feeling both physical and emotional pain for all the suffering people and animals. I woke up today feeling very tired and worn out (again) but I pushed myself to get on my yoga mat and do this practice and I am reaping the benefits now. Thank you!!

    Please more of these... an evening ritual flow would be just wonderful with a short meditation at the end. I would love the end of my working day like this. I am on my feet 10 hours a day in the hospital.... 20/25 min would be a wonderful present🧘‍♀️🙏😘🥰

    This is the best morning vinyasa flow I have seen on youtube. It has the right balance of energizing movements. She comments on the right moments and her voice is soothing, no additional irritating small talks in between. Loved this

    An excellent class for me, it really got into what I need for my body.. but... not too early in the morning. What I have understood you shouldn't bend your spine too much the first 30 minutes of the day, after laying in bed the whole night. The advice I have gotten if you like to start with some kind of sun salution as soon as you got up is to do a smaller cobra instead of upward dog. but later in the day I will do this practice often, so good for me, thanks!

    Love your videos, especially the 20 minute flows as they are easy to incorporate into a morning routine without feeling too lengthy. Your pacing and tone are just enough to allow me to get into the flow without the distraction of added music or chatter. I've been doing these videos since 2020 when my favorite in-person studio closed, and I've recommended to many friends and family!
