    Amazing! Hiit, strength, some cardio bursts, enough rest in between to keep going but not let HR get too low and NO REPEATS! I may do this one weekly!

    This one was great Heather! I love really hard and intense home workouts. I sweat completely through my bandanna and top. I was a sweaty mess and loved it! You’re so good at what you do...the exercises, filming and editing!

    yes yes yes i've been waiting for this all week❤️ thanks to you and your workouts (plus a proper diet) i was able to lose 5kg over the last 2 months which is a lot for me since I'm usually really struggling to lose weight at all. you got me so hooked on hiit cardio and i'm sooo thankful for that! let's smash it💪🏼

I do your workouts 5-6 times a week and spread the word wherever I can about the site:-) I am so uncomfortable in a gym atmosphere and love this perfect alternative!!     Would be great if you could compile a few 1 hour intense sessions in a playlist. Just some really tough cardio and strength sessions. I have found that I still have a lot more left in me after a few of your workouts so sometimes I do two!
    Keep up the great work Heather. You saved me in during isolation!

      Figure you can always add resistance if you can. I add dumbbell or bands to a lot of the things I see on TH-cam. Good luck
