    I’ve followed FB for several years. I agree this is one of the best workouts which I do every week on my full body day. I’m 78 and still going strong. It’s a brilliant workout. Thank you Daniel.

    I got seriously into fitness through fitness blender kettlebell, transitioned to heavy weight training, etc. from it with relative ease a decade ago. Fast forward, I maxed out my body doing heavy lifting and other strenuous activities leaving me with two blown hernia. Here I am again today seeing Daniel look exactly like he did in 2014 while giving off the same vibes. This time I'm sticking with kettlebell.

    This is one of the most fun and sweaty kettlebell workouts I've ever done, did it with a 20kg bell and shit it's hard. 10/10 love that you include warm up and stretching. Not too many videos do that

    I did this workout weekly for about six months in late 2020/early 2021 and had not done it since. I thought about it today and remembered how fun it was, and decided to do it. I had completely blocked the Turkish Get Ups from my memory!

    This was great! I've been using your videos as a warm up to my training routines since I was in college. I'm a former athlete and its awesome to have found a channel where I feel challenged but I'm also having fun at the same time. You guys have such a wonderful chill energy and that's a rare thing to find especially during these times.

    I've been getting back into exercise after some health issues and really enjoy this workout. There are some moves in this routine that I haven't seen in other kettlebellworkouts. Thanks for all the amazing videos, I love them!

    This was my first introduction to kettlebell, and it made me make it into a weekly thing! I do it on my Fridays, since I make my own list of workouts to do.

    Love your Kettlebell routines. This one was tough; and yes, fun! I challenged myself to lift heavier (with proper form, of course!), and I feel good. Another workout complete in the bag! I also have to briefly say that I look forward to your weekly workout posts and I try to workout (using your videos) 4-5 days a week, if I can. Really love the motivation I feel when I workout with you guys!

    Relatively new subscriber, so I thought to give a comment of appreciation; I really appreciate the reminders that are often made as to proper form. For example...’make sure your back is straight’. It really does help and is so important. Thank you, I’m really enjoying my workouts and I’m telling my friends too.

    My two favorite workouts of all times are the red light green light cardio glutes and abs, and the Tabata kettlebell workout + abs and obliques.
    I've just added this one to the list 💁

    I went to a Russian KB gym for a few years and fell in love with it. Moved and can't find anything comparable. This workout is the best KB workout I've found!

    I've been using this video and the 30-minute upper body kettlebell video for some months now and I can honestly say that I'm very pleased and can find nothing at the same level on the web. I'm 58 years old and have never worked out so regularly in my life, not even when I ran 1/2 trail marathons.
    Please add another more intense routine soon, I'm getting too used to this one. :-)

    super :) merci beaucoup ! Je profite du confinement Covid 19 en France pour pratiquer chaque matin vos séances et j'en suis ravie. Elles sont très bien faites. La petite page en haut à gauche annonce le prochain exercice ça permet de s'y préparer et de ne pas perdre de temps, le chrono à droite ne gêne pas du tout et j'arrive à l'oublier, je n'entends plus que les bips quand je suis bien concentrée, vos explications sont très claires et les exercices efficaces, encore merci pour votre investissement, bravo :)

    I love this workout. I've done it 5 times. Each time I've used a 10 pound dumbbell. Like others here, I skip the turkish getup, haha. I'm really not doing squats every week, so this gets squats and weights done in one go. However, my legs and knee get sore for up to 3 days after doing this, is that normal? I try not to push too hard on account of the pain lasting so long. My top fav videos are this one, 25 min tank top arms, 40 min arm workout, 10 min abs, and two different butt and thigh workouts. I was able to get back into shape because of you guys. I only do your videos and my body is so much leaner and stronger. Thanks for everything you do!

    i started this workout last week and did it three times in a week. Today morning my weight was the same as before but two inches came off my waist and one inch off my hip. Motivated me to do this workout again today. Thank you Fitness Blender :)
