Ever since I connected my PS4 controller to my PS3 via USB, the controller's name has changed to "Playstation 3 Controller" when I check Bluetooth on my laptop or tablet. Now, it's not pairing. I've reset it countless times, but it still shows up as "Playstation 3 Controller". What should I do?

Strangely, the only adjustment to this video I needed to make was to set my TV to 'AUTO' for Digital Sound Out as both PCM and PassThrough would not let my Sonos Arc do anything but 2.0 stereo sound. Once I selected 'AUTO', boom, Dolby Atmos registered on the Sonos app.

Great video and easy to follow. I did your steps however my Sonos app still reports PCM 2.0. Any ideas on what to check? My HDMI cables are HDMI 2.1. LG C2 tv.

idk my pc doesn't find my ps4 controller, it connects to my ps5 and series x controller tho so idk whats wrong with it...

Troubleshooter worked thankyou, for those on windows 10, the controller won't show up if you select the option mentioning controller, just select the default bluetooth option after you click 'add bluetooth or other device'

I don’t know what’s going on with mine. I did everything but nothing works and then undid it and still nothing. It started with random disconnects and then it can’t even stay on for 5 seconds. Battery is at 100% and only seems to work when plugged into charger, but then my headphone and audio go out.

why is nothing just ever simple

is there any workarounds for the wire requirement? i used to use DS4PC(program) for everything and it let it be wireless. Sadly an update they did in the last few years has rendered the wireless feature non-functional.

Please answer sir, if you can connect via Bluetooth, do you still need to install DS4Window?

I tried the first fix did not work so I tried it on my phone to make sure it was okay the controller was fine, so I reset the controller and tried to pair it again on my pc and it worked just fine.

mine was working fine till yesterday, now it doesnt show up on ds4 anymore and it shows a blue light, when I try using it, it behaves all weird
