I haven’t tried the switch controllers with DS4Windows yet actually but if I were to guess I’d suggest it might have something to do with the motion controls or accelerometer and turning those on or off. Also did you “tick the box” for Switch controller support instead of PlayStation controller support? Hope my sentences make sense in the translation app 😀

just hit the ps4 and the share button at the same time, its just 1 tap nothing more than a sec. It worked for me.
