Hey @Prosisco_! It’s a small relatively new channel so not surprised you haven’t seen me before 😀
Thanks for the great feedback I’ll do my best!

I want 1 of each. Especially the mic boom arm. Great video David! Love how invisible all your cables are.

This is my first time watching one of your videos and I gotta say, it feels like I'm watching a video with lots of views from a big content creator. Your setup is really clean and I also love how you've just been using your old peripherals instead of just replacing all of them with new ones just because you can whereas it feels like every other room setup video includes the most expensive peripherals in existence. Shows that you can make almost anything look clean in the end(I regret buying most of my peripherals cause most of them are cheap and wired so not exactly ideal for a clean setup and I can't just replace them with wireless ones either since they are all fully functional so it would be a waste)

Hey @shreyasaaron5438! I really appreciate the awesome feedback on the video. I did put a lot of thought into making the setup as clean as I could manage. In the real world it takes time to buy each and every item and it's not realistic for most people to be able to wholesale purchase every item in a setup from scratch like you see in a lot of videos. I've been working on things to help keep my desk setup clean for years and when I was renting had to start all over again with the breakdown and build up of the same items every time I moved. But it helped me figure out what works and what doesn't over time. You mainly talking about your mouse and keyboard when it comes to the wired peripherals?

@@LovingTechLife Yep, it's quite unrealistic when most people show themselves just casually spending $500 on the desk setup alone but I'm sure you can get very similar results for a fraction of the cost. I'm just a student and I've never actually organized my setup even though I've been thinking about cleaning it up for quite a while now but I finally have the chance to redo everything from scratch so I'm gonna try to do it right this time with the help of videos like yours.
My keyboard is a 60% wireless mechanical keyboard so it's perfect(although I feel like 60% is too much of a compromise) but my mouse is wired. I've slowly been getting into music production, photo/video editing and I can also see myself learning graphic design/animation so I feel like having a mouse with a lot of programmable buttons can make life easier(my current wired mouse has 12 programmable buttons but it's just really hard to find a wireless mouse with those many buttons for cheap although the HP Omen Photon seems to be really good for the price).
The Photon also supports Qi wireless charging so I've been dreaming about fixing wireless chargers a few millimetres under the table for the ultimate wireless experience(it should also be easy to add wireless charging to my keyboard as there's more than enough space for a coil but I've never soldered a single thing in my life).

Cool! I guess quick fix for charging would be one of those qi charging mousepads.

@@LovingTechLife True, that would be the easiest way to do it although wireless charging that's completely hidden seems even more dreamy
