So this video is 2 years old. What was the life span of the printer after the conversion.

I hope you can help me with this. I can’t find not one video that explains this well. Also I hope I didn’t destroy my printer. But before taking the rollers out. I did my first initial setup. I put the ink cartridge that came with the printer in there. I didn’t go pat the 10 min installation, afterwards I took them out. I will also be installing a ciss machine. So did I mess up, with this process?

Figured all this out by doing other research because my Cyan stopped printing on my Epson tank and regular head cleaning was working. Tried to do a power clean and it was telling me to replace maintenance box. Never heard of it, but the little video on the screen showed me where it was. Replaced it and, did a power clean and Voila! Success. This is a great video. Thank you.

what about epson l805?

I'm not needing help with how to transfer chips and add ink to aftermarket cartridges. What I would like to know is...what the benefit of doing this? If I'm purchasing new Epson cartridges with new 0-count chips, why am transferring them and creating my own counterfeit ones? What exactly is the benefit?

I did these settings and my pink comes out with a red tint. What am I doing wrong? Its a brand new EPSON 7820

Got new 2680 two days ago getting MAINTENACE ERROR MSG - CANNOT RECOGNIZE (C) INK C ink cartridge try installing again. Check ink cartridge codes. Nothing I tried is working. Please off your suggestion, I'm confident one will work. Gracious!

I have a new one just bought it. The printer itself on setup says I need to update firmware. Should I update and then use the chipless firmware and instructions in the recent video you posted?

I'm using a converted xp-15000 for DTF, I have installed my ciss with the foam carts to start and have been printing pretty good. I want to switch over to the oem carts, I've drilled the tops, put uv resign on the side hole. I filled them with water put a rubber plug in the hole to make sure I had sealed the hole good, but on two of them I'm getting a slight leak, I lost about 3 grams of water out of them overnight. I'm concerned because I don't want to flood the print head, is this normal or is there something else i should do?

If you buy cartridges with chips do you have to do all this firmware?

After everything is done and installed how do I get the maintenance error on the Epson xp15000 to stop showing that the ink cartridges need to be replaced?
