Mine is saying that it can not be completed because the printer is in an error state? It only gets to 14% completed then stops and will not go any further. Is there a way to get around that?
So - when I unchecked the network option and only left the USB option checked I was able to get further. I did go ahead an update to the current firmware on the device and then updated using the USB and unchecked the network option on the software
you are so very helpful, they should give you a heads up that the error message is actually a success message. I had done it right but was convinced I failed lol, just needed to activate it :)

@@meg2030 that's what I have suggested to a few people and awaiting their results. I don't have a machine with windows 11 to further troubleshoot. If you can get it to work on a win10 machine or win7/8 machine let me know.

I reinstalled but it keeps going back to maintenance error stating cartridges not installed correctly. There are no cartridges installed
I'm getting the ink cartridge are not in correctly, how do I fix this
Reinstalling the chipless firmware and re activating should solve the issue.

Can you use it to a different printer if ever your printer break?
No. Each code is for 1 printer.

Make sure that the vent plugs are removed before using the printer. I'd not it will create a vacuum inside the cartridge and the ink won't flow out.
How do you do it with a brand new one?
Where can I buy the refillable ink cartridges at, and for this specific printer what is the best sublimation ink for it?

What if I updated the printer before downloading the firmware? Still having problems getting the firmware downloaded.
Again. The issue may be windows 11. I am waiting response from them about the printer not showing up in Windows 11.
