I hope you can help me with this. I can’t find not one video that explains this well. Also I hope I didn’t destroy my printer. But before taking the rollers out. I did my first initial setup. I put the ink cartridge that came with the printer in there. I didn’t go pat the 10 min installation, afterwards I took them out. I will also be installing a ciss machine. So did I mess up, with this process?
Just bought an epson xp15000. I converted it and added the dtf ink. Tried too print and it barely has an image on the transfer sheet. Like a transparent image. Im stuck. Cant figure out what im doing wrong
I have a converted printer Epson xp15 000, but the white ink is not coming out. I put white ink in the red and grey catridge. Do I need to set it somewhere in the software? What is the problem here? I'm using the refillable chipless cartridges, thanks a lot for helping me out x
I'm using a converted xp-15000 for DTF, I have installed my ciss with the foam carts to start and have been printing pretty good. I want to switch over to the oem carts, I've drilled the tops, put uv resign on the side hole. I filled them with water put a rubber plug in the hole to make sure I had sealed the hole good, but on two of them I'm getting a slight leak, I lost about 3 grams of water out of them overnight. I'm concerned because I don't want to flood the print head, is this normal or is there something else i should do?
@@V_Kiselov I put masking tape at the top of my film. In my rip software, I make sure the image starts to print about a quarter inch from the top so the image starts where the tape is. I haven’t had any issues with that method.
Took off the chips from the original cartridges but I got them mixed up I put em on the new cartridges with the dtf ink but the printer keeps givin me maintenance error
Is it mandatory to have the cartridges with a chip inserted in the head to be able to install the firemware? one of my cartridges no longer has ink. Can the firemware still be installed?

I’m having issues with getting ink to print. Chipless is telling me to revert back to original software. Can I just do the update then reinstall the chipless?
If you have cartridges in. Make sure that the vent plug is removed. Never print with both holes filled. It will create a vacuum and ink will not flow through the head. You can actually damage it that way. But if you want to re install the firmware, just update via the firmware menu on the printer and then re install. Make sure you copy your recovery code, or make sure you keep your activation code so you don’t have to re purchase.
Try deleting all printers and drivers. Restart your pc. Then only install the xp15000 driver and start over with the chipless install. Sometimes that will fix the issue.
@@McZell Is there a way to install without the cord? This printer has the old USB port extension that's not as popular so just wondering is there a wifi work around
Hi I wasn’t sure how to contact you but we transfer our Epson XP 15,000 in to dtf but when heating on the shirt, it is very dark. The colors are not coming out. Do you have any suggestions?
What does the chipless firmware do for you? Also, do you need CadLInk software to assign ink colors to appropriate tanks like the guy on Highly Flavored sells?
Most printer ink tanks have chips, so when the ink is low you can’t just refill them. The firmware makes it so you can bypass that and not have to keep buying ink tanks. You will have your monitor ink levels manually and buy refill bottles and syringes to refill
No. I’ve been out of stock since last year. I can’t compete with Amazon prices at the moment. Might just carry the ciss and cartridges in the summer and discontinue the ink . ☹️
Went ahead and waterproofed the printhead and put it all back together to align the printhead and when I turned the printer on I get error 033007. Anyone else get that?

You might have to start the printer in FW update mode and install it that way.
Where do I get the silicone

Do you have a video on converting a used xp-15000 printer? I purchased it new but used it for regular printing.. I have only use the required ink.
Would not be any different
What if I started using the original ink that it came with ?
@@shereenclarke6639 you should be fine to use dtf in this printer after using regular ink.

Will this method work if I’m running a Mac with parallels? Inkchip Firmware can’t find my printer.
@@jpizzlep6842 I don’t know. I would hit inkchip up to see if there is a Mac method. From what they have told me, it only will work on a windows os.

Material list for conversion please?
what ciss conversion kit are you using? provide your affialiate link please! I am all for the white stirring itself.
XP15000 vs ET8550? Which do you works best and have a better resolution with DTF ink?
They are both pretty good. In my opinion, the 8550 was a little easier to work with once I added the ciss.
To convert for sublimation do I need red and grey ink? Or can i supplement those spots with other colors if so what colors are needed?
You only need 4 colors and put cleaning solution in the other two cartridges
You fill the red and grey with white.....it will put a white layer on the back of design so it will stand out on dark colors and cotton clothing
I converted my Epson 1500 but i can't get good quality on my prints it all pixels no solid colors can you help pls
Do u just take some stuff apart to do DTF?
what paper settings for dtf sheet
My printer keep jam without paper in there.
