Christopher J., aka S1ckH4nds. Arcade documentor. Rhythm game aficionado. Former Rock Band Network contributor. Roller coaster dad. Obsessive compulsive playlist curator. What's up?
This channel focuses primarily on video tours and walkthroughs of arcades located in the northeast United States. I'm gonna date myself with this statement, but I grew up during the golden age of the video game, and in my travels I want to preserve memories from as many different arcades as possible, from independently run Mom-and-Pop businesses to the large chains that are still going strong for now.
Current schedule: New full vids every M/Tu/W/F at 4 PM and Sat/Sun at 10 AM. New shorts... infrequent but whenever!
I'm also a frequent contributor to the community-sourced rhythm game focused arcade database "Zenius -I- vanisher"; you can find my profile at the link below.
If you have any requests or suggestions, or would like me to come visit your arcade, please don't hesitate to get in touch!

Barnacle Bill's (Ortley Beach NJ), 4K arcade walkthrough & tour, June 2024
Just north of Seaside Heights in New Jersey is the small town of Ortley Beach. With under 2,000 residents, it's a more laidback atmosphere than its neighbor to the south. One of the most popular spots in town is Barnacle Bill's; this family entertainment center offers both an arcade and mini golf as activities, plus they have a delicious ice cream parlor and grill on site as well. The arcade isn't huge compared to its Seaside Heights cousins, but they have a good mix of modern and classic games as well as a couple of pins. The redemption games seem pretty easy to win; we noticed some teenagers hitting multiple jackpots during our visit!

Revisiting Marcade (Rockaway Townsquare, Dover NJ), new 4K arcade walkthrough & tour, May 2024
มุมมอง 1.3K4 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา
The Marcade location inside the Rockaway Townsquare mall was one of the first handful of arcades I filmed a walkthrough for when first getting this channel off the ground, back in January. My initial video was taken with an older iPhone, before upgrading to the newer model. As such, going back to it and looking at it, it's... hard to watch. Additionally, I ended up having some of the video unfo...
Round1 Bowling & Arcade (Exton Square Mall PA), 4K arcade walkthrough & tour, June 2024

One of the few Round1 locations in the Northeast that I hadn't yet done a walkthrough of! This one is located out in Chester County, Pennsylvania, in an otherwise mostly rural area. How rural is it? The Sound Voltex cabinets actually list the location as "ROUND1 CORN". Jokes aside, this is quite a large location, and it has almost an overwhelming amount of games in it, with multiple games featu...

Just a quick visit today; this small game room located inside of the Comfort Suites in Scranton, PA doesn't have a whole lot of games available, but it is open to the public. A small handful of crane machines, one pinball machine that's in pretty bad shape, a trio of video games, and a pool table pretty much round it out not counting the ever-present "Pennsylvania Skill Games" that have been po...

WOW -- It looks different. Last time I was ever here was sometime back in 2009.
Hell yes brother now go kick some alien ass...
4:41 and 6:14 - Two Lethal Enforcers 1 cabinets. I noticed that the first cabinet seen here was set to Street mode (stage select) seeing as the shooting range stage was seen during the attract mode. I wonder if the second cabinet was also set to street mode as well? 7:52 - Lethal Enforcers 3, out of order. Followed by two Crisis Zone cabinets, first one turned off, second one was working.
I always see you pinball map XD. Cool that you make videos!
That's a lot of games!
As a huge massive fans of Hasbro, I would like to congratulate everyone here for making this possible. This game room will be absolute popular here American dream. I’m absolute very proud. Thanks for the tour.
I’ve been to that mall countless times! Oh and I’m from Sussex County by the way!
THEY HAVE RHYTHM TENGOKU?!?! Man. Rhythm Heaven Fans are eating GOOD TONIGHT
LCD screens yuck
There used to be 3 pump cabs there but 2 phoenix's isn't too shabby
I see a big empty space by the coin pushers. They must be getting ready to put up the new Gold Railroad coin pusher. Got one at our Round1. Pretty fun.
Man, I hope so. I got a chance to play it when it was on test out at the Puente Hills Mall location last year, and it was a blast!
I have another suggestion for you too Game on State in Media, PA. That’s technically my local arcade and about a half an hour from Exton and a nice town to visit. There is a video game shop on the same street as well.
I've been meaning to hit it, in fact was planning on doing so on this specific trip, but ran out of time. We ended up spending too much time at Pinball Gallery instead. I'm sure I'll get down that way within the next month though.
Yeah Media is a great town for restaurants if you are going to stop for a bite. Also this Round 1 at one time had some rare arcade games: Castlevania Whip Arcade Game we could never figure out how to play, the table tilting arcade game, and Too Spicy by Sega
Hey that’s my closest Round 1 thanks for sharing! Too bad the mall is dead.
I was there like around last month.
ACDC and Ghostbusters. Nice!
My friend taken me there several years ago. As a longtime gamer, this place is great. BYOB is a good policy.
I was curious, for this venue were you here to stay at the hotel, or did you just enter to document the game room with the pinball machine? (BTW, I see on Pinball Map your total contributions to date on June 30, 2024 are currently 666; this Goth appreciates that number ;-) ).
I only checked it out because I was in the area specifically to cover the new D&B; wouldn't have thought about visiting it otherwise. Nothing against Comfort Suites.
I remember as a child were some hotels did have a game room.
@@LittleRockElevators I got into playing pinball machines because the hotel I stayed at when visiting my grandparents on Cape Cod had a decent game room.
Can you do some gameplay on the games?
That's looks awesome, thanks for the tour.👍👍👍👍😊😊
thanks ever so much for this place. its been the only one i know that still accepts quarters. your a good man
With all these claw machines and coin pushers it’s basically a casino!!! 🤣🤣🤣
Which sadly describes virtually other boardwalk arcade these days! 😂 L.O.L.!
The video poker machines don't really try to hide it either!
My picture on the wall at 4:17 (lower right). I got to meet The Smithereens that day. :) Fun fact, I was Silverball Museum's (now Silverball Arcade) first paying customer when it opened on Cookman Ave in 2009, been going ever since, though more sporadically lately since I found Pinball Map's existence and can more easily find pinball machines that I can't find nearby.
Very nice!

Those roller games look unique. I am wondering how they play because some just seem strange which is intriguing lol
You should do a tour of playcade Atlantic City new jersey arcade and do a tour there would love to see that
Definitely planning on it! I've visited them before and the owners are so nice 😊
When do you think you’ll post the rest of the Jersey Shore Arcade Walkthroughs?
They'll be coming over the next few weeks! I still have a few more stops to make though -- haven't made it down to Wildwood at all yet this season and probably won't be down there until August at the earliest, unless something changes.
Biggest Ever Seaside Heights Boardwalk Arcade with a huge Selection of Video and Redemption games of today.
Wow amazing I’m gunna go tomorrow
Have fun!!
The GI Joe Battle Station wants you to know that Knowing is Half the Battle, the other half of the battle is red lasers and blue lasers!
Sorry, no bonus points for "knowing", though.
For a place called "University Pinball" there is surprisingly very little pinball! (only two machines, if I counted them correctly)
Yeah, supposedly they used to have more but I guess they pivoted like every other place to ticket games 🫤
I guess you are mostly a arcade player
Hehe, mostly. 😁
I’m surprised this arcade doesn’t have the Bop It and Perfection redemption games.
Agreed, no Operation or Yahtzee either. I'm sure they'll show up in future waves though.
Dang! I would have went if I knew. What were the stand out games that you played?
So I really enjoyed the Ultimate Rollergames in general, not all of them were successful but the Hungry Hungry Hippos, Trivial Pursuit, Candy Land, and Simon ones were the most fun. The new Potato Head Jump game was dumb but fun as well. And Twister gets especially hectic when you're playing it multiplayer! We tried some of the crane games and unfortunately walked away empty handed on all of them. Made up for it by hitting jackpots on Power Roll, Space Invaders Frenzy, and Red Zone Rush. I hadn't seen Space Raider or HyperNova before, so gave both of them a try, not really sold on either of them. And unfortunately the coin pushers had really bad swipe-to-token ratios so I skipped them after a single swipe.
@@S1ckH4ndsRBN I've never seen a working Hungry Hungry Hippo game in any arcade.
Looks Really Cool
WHAT THE HEEEEEECCCCCKKK OOH MY GOLLY
I wish Fuddruckers was like this! (There are only two left in NJ and neither are this extensive with arcade games and pinball machines)
I was on that Ferris wheel on Saturday afternoon.
Gotta love the view from up top!
Yes. Lots of people on the beach from up there. I was facing south toward where Funtown Pier used to be.
holy shit
I miss playing Time Crisis 3.
I was there like a few weeks ago.
Nice, any decent wins?
@@S1ckH4ndsRBN Yes. I won some belly buddy seagulls from a Play Until You Win claw machine. Some of those Play Until You Win claw machines says "Game Card only".
My company had their christmas party here.
This arcade is like two minutes from my place and I absolutely adore it.
Dang, if only I had a place like that as close to me! I'd save a lot on gas, that's for sure.
Bev's was once a Bowlling Alley until it burned down, it was actually upstairs.
Bit of Cher playing , I’d love to go visiting and travelling these arcades

Welcome to my stomping grounds of Monmouth County! I don't go to Yestercades often because they barely repair their pinball machines (if you went there in May, you'll probably notice that both rails for the inlane/outlane guides are missing on Goldeneye), and some of their gun games are not properly calibrated.
Goldeneye was not playable for most of the day while I was there. I didn't really have any other complaints about the rest of the machines though. I didn't get around to updating PBM because it was a madhouse that day. Lots of birthday parties.
How well maintained were these? (also kinda sad it's only temporary since it can show barcade they don't need liquor to have good games for public play) I see the JJP Pirates is out, but the other games look like they're in decent shape.
All were in pretty good shape, and very playable. Spent a lot of tokens there that day! My wife was in the area again yesterday, checked it out since someone removed all the machines off Pinball Map, and confirmed that everything is still there and back up and running - including JJP Pirates.
I can image the smell of those burgers cooking while playing the games.
