Casino Pier is the most well-known and long-standing amusement pier on the Seaside Heights boardwalk in New Jersey. Originally opening in 1932 -- over NINETY years ago! -- they have withstood their fair share of tragedies over the years, including the devastation from Hurricane Sandy in 2012 and the fire that claimed their neighbor to the south, Funtown Pier, in 2013. Over the years they have managed to continue bringing joy to the Jersey shore with a mix of thrill rides, games, and entertainment.
My family and I visited Seaside Heights on the second weekend of June, and we were allowed early access onto Casino Pier thanks to the special "Seaside Screams" event run in conjunction with the New Jersey branch of American Coaster Enthusiasts. This allowed us to get some early morning rides on things such as the awesome looping Hydrus, and their indoor scrambler ride Centrifuge! The event also gave us discounts on food, a free round of mini golf at their Smuggler's Quay course just across the street, and additional rides throughout the day on several of their upcharge attractions such as the sky ride and go-karts.
As the day wore on and the sun was beating down, we found refuge inside their classic arcade building directly across from the pier. This building formerly housed their classic carousel, but it was moved out several years ago for restoration, and is set to have its grand reopening to the public in the coming weeks at its new location on the north end of the boardwalk. Now, where the carousel once sat, they have a mix of the latest and greatest arcade games, including VR attractions like King Kong, Rabbids, and Godzilla, shooters like Jurassic Park and The Walking Dead, and racers like Asphalt, Super Bikes, and Mario Kart. There's an absolute ton of crane machines as is to be expected, and there's a decent mix of other redemption games, including some of the newest coin pusher games such as Cosmic Tower, Dragon's Bane, and Spider-Man. This is also one of the few spots left on the shore that still has some form of rhythm gaming, with a StepManiaX machine in full view of the boardwalk!
Although Seaside Heights may get a bit of a bad rap from years of the MTV "Jersey Shore" cast's antics, we've been coming here for years and always have a good time at Casino Pier.

When do you think you’ll post the rest of the Jersey Shore Arcade Walkthroughs?
They'll be coming over the next few weeks! I still have a few more stops to make though -- haven't made it down to Wildwood at all yet this season and probably won't be down there until August at the earliest, unless something changes.
