RETRO ARCADE IN A BANK! Morristown Game Vault (Morristown NJ), 4K arcade walkthrough/tour, May 2024

Quite possibly the coolest location I've visited on my travels to date, this pay-for-entry arcade located in Morristown NJ is situated inside of a former historic bank building! The Morristown Game Vault really leans into it hard, too, with a lot of the original features of the building still intact. In fact, this might be the only place in the world where you can legitimately play the Tron video game and Safe Cracker pinball inside of an actual, honest-to-goodness, bank's vault -- complete with safety deposit boxes and everything! They have a huge selection of pinball machines ranging from 60's and 70's electromechanical machines to modern Sterns like Jurassic Park and Godzilla, and frequently hold weekly and monthly tournaments. For retro games, all the bases are covered, with hits like Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, Q-Bert, and Space Invaders all well represented, alongside rarities like Crazy Climber, Sinistar, and Satan's Hollow. It's a great place to spend a good chunk of the day, and I highly recommend making a trip to check it out when you can!

I couldn't agree more! Between the arcade games, the pinball machines, the super friendly staff, and the awesome setting, it's quickly become a favorite of mine as well as the rest of my family.
