- The Very Best Weiner Shop in Pottstown, PA, is like stepping back into time. Everything about this place screams nostalgia. From the vintage sign out front, to the backlit price board hanging above the grill, to the kitschy booths and counter service, jukeboxes at every seat, an old school Pepsi machine and penny scale... it's absolutely adorable. Even better, the food is legitimately good and very fairly priced!
But why am I covering a hot dog shop, of all places? If you're a viewer of this channel, you already know. It's the games! While there's a trio of retro games out amongst the seating area including Pac-Man, Frogger, and Centipede, the real star of the show is the back room which manages to cram a few dozen games into a very small space, and yet it feels super cozy with the wood paneling and neon lighting. There's a handful of pinball machines, and retro games dating as far back as the original Space Invaders and Asteroids, with the most recent titles including Street Fighter II and Cruis'n USA. Most games cost 50¢, with a couple of them being just a single quarter, and Cruis'n being the most expensive at 75¢.
Between the games, the atmosphere, and the bangin' food, I'm definitely going to be making this a regular stop whenever I'm in the area from now on!

Hot dogs and a retro arcade? I'm in. Usually those types of little restaurants only have like one or two arcade games if your lucky. But, a whole backroom arcade is amazing.
I can image the smell of those burgers cooking while playing the games.
