Welcome to my stomping grounds of Monmouth County! I don't go to Yestercades often because they barely repair their pinball machines (if you went there in May, you'll probably notice that both rails for the inlane/outlane guides are missing on Goldeneye), and some of their gun games are not properly calibrated.
Goldeneye was not playable for most of the day while I was there. I didn't really have any other complaints about the rest of the machines though. I didn't get around to updating PBM because it was a madhouse that day. Lots of birthday parties.
Am I the only one that thinks putting an arcade cabinet right next to the Restroom door is so weird? In my experience, No one wants to play those cabinets! And it's weird making eye contact with people entering and leaving the rest room. 😂 At least leave a gap between the restroom and arcades. Don't put arcades rights next to the door lol. 😂
You think that's bad? Imagine having to use that restroom, then leaving your bag with your equipment in it. Whoooooooops. >_> Thankfully staff was super on top of it and they returned it to me nearly immediately.
@@S1ckH4ndsRBN - Glad you got your equipment back. That stuff is not cheap, Restrooms should be given several feet of clearance space from the door. And have serious ventilation. I would even put speakers and play courtesy music in them. I once saw a single Pac Man arcade cabinet shoved between the Men's and Women's public restroom entrances at a Dave and Busters. It was like those airport restroom entrances. Absolutely no one wanted to play it. Because you would see women and men as soon as they entered and left the restroom. Super awkward.
Love this place!
They have a great selection of retro arcade games and best part is not one ticket game.

I second the fact about the gun calibration. Virtua Cop 2 was almost unplayable because the calibration was so bad
