The Castle Fun Center (Chester NY), 4K arcade walkthrough & tour, May 2024

This awesome little family fun center in the Hudson Valley packs a lot of punch into its space. Located a few minutes away from Legoland New York, this spot not only features an arcade but also has a mini golf course, inflatable park, laser tag, go-karts, rock climbing wall, zip lines, and even a few amusement park rides such as a wave swinger and kiddie coaster! On top of that, they're currently expanding the building so they can house even more indoor rides in the near future. As far as the arcade goes, they've got a decent mix of redemption stuff, claw machines, sports games, a couple of rhythm games with Guitar Hero and Beat Saber, and even one lone pinball machine as a holdout! Pricing is pretty fair across the board, with the exception of Beat Saber, which came out to something equivalent to $7.50 for a single song... yikes. Otherwise, it's a pretty fun place and a nice stop to add to a Legoland trip if you need to get out of Bricktown, USA for a little bit!

Absolutely! This was a solo trip for me that day, but the next time I'm up in that area with the family I'm definitely bringing them over.
