Exploring the Quakertown Farmers Market (PA)! 4K arcade walkthrough & tour, May 2024

On a Friday in early May, I took a trip out to Bucks County, PA to check out the well-known and well-loved Quakertown Farmers Market. With a big mix of independent shops, food stalls, and entertainment options, this place is a remnant of an otherwise bygone era dating back before the advent of malls and the like. While there are a number of crane games and other such redemption machines placed throughout the building's halls, the main point of interest here is the Pit Stop Game Room, a dedicated arcade located in stall #206. It may not be super large, but they have a decent mix of racers, pinball machines, and some old school favorites. Another cool spot in the market is Evil Empire Comics. While they technically feature one arcade game with an Arcade 1UP version of Mortal Kombat in the corner, the shop itself has an awesome collection of classic collectibles with a heavy focus on horror movie merchandise. Well worth checking out if you're into that sort of thing!

I remember very well playing Super Bikes 2 at this Arcade 5 years ago on June 21st. I did manage to place 3rd but would’ve done better had it not been for the steering issues on this machine. Maybe that’s the reason why this Arcade no longer has it now.

Could be. Can you tell what's in its old spot? I'm guessing one of the other racing games?

Superbikes 2 was all the way in the back of the arcade.
