Can't remember if mine are SoCal or Pathfinder, but I replaced all my lights to LEDs several years back on my 2014 Goldwing--low beam, high beam, driving lights, Switchbacks for the signals and all rear lights on my 2014 GW. I already had smoke lenses so all I needed to do was replace bulbs, but I remember the high beams were a pain in the ass! The rear lights also modulate when you hit the brakes, which is great too! All I know is it's a big improvement at night. I use to ride with my high beams during the day, but my riding buddies complained they'd rather stare into the sun then check their mirrors with me behind them 😂 Enjoy, I know you will enjoy them!

I think this is the issue im having with my bike. I hit a hard bump and after that it started running ruff like something came loose. I was thinking it was a vacuum line

Hey Mo thanks to your video I found out that I had the same vacuum leak! Your video's are always very helpful! That was one of the problems the other one was the clamp on the left intake manifold boot was loose and the head of the screw was stripped and loose!

Shinko had problems with there tires a few years ago but they seam to have fixed it

Stumbled across this video of you and David's trip from Texas back to home from picking up your GW. I like watching videos like yours (this one in particular) as I am saving some money to try and buy a GW Trike. So watching your videos gives me the chance to ride a bike without being on one.....lol.

That was awesome, i have seen some titles zip ties, haven't seen any I actually clicked on though, you have a 1800 but your front is the same size as my 1500, I have a 99. I searched hi and low locally for someone to buy a tire machine from because I am so low budget I didn't even want to pay harbor freight prices ( they are now black by the way, no longer ed. LOL. 0 so I got the tire machine, the motorcycle tire kit, and the Bubble balancer all for less than a tank of gas in my wing. LOL I bolted it with drop in anchors to a slab out in the back yard. I have not used it a bike yet. But I have been taking old tires off the car wheels I have out there and it is working really great. two were difficult as can be because they were DOT 1989! LOl and rusted on. but i just saw your zip tie demo so I think this is going to be a piece of cake! i have what I feel like is a lifetime supply of giant zip ties! LOL also though , I have been using them for plastic welding but still probably near 1200 or so black white clear and green/ they were gifted to me. my back tire is different than yours, 160 80 16. might be easier than the front who knows. my tires are DOT 2009 though! YIKES!! i rode on those for over 1000 miles before I checked them after I got the bike . i aM GOING TO TRY sHINKO jOURNE the SR733 734 set.. I gotta great deal on them and they look awesome my old Dunlop e 3 set is still up and running but so cracked and split you would not believe it if you didn't see it. they are BAD! This outta be interesting.

How did you unplugged the electric connector ? The eest was pretty obvious to me but got stucked in the connector

I put seafoam in my 1800 about 2 ounces in tank about every 5 fill ups ,Half a can would be enough for about 20 gallons of fuell ,That much may affect oil ,I've not had dirty oil from the process I do

If you stick with genuine Honda Pads they come with a new shem. Forgot to grease the oring on the sliding pin.

Im from the UK and lately its rain rain rain then more rain. I would love to do that ride on my GL1500. Your roads look good too, over here the roads are getting really bad with pot holes. Anyway great video really enjoyed it.

Hey Mo, not sure why I am not getting alerted when you post new content but thought I would stop by the channel to say hi. Hope you and your family are doing well. Good topic. I have a few family members who are skilled riders but see no need to get an endorsement. Nor do they ride with gear most of the time. I take the opposite view and am endorsed and ride with gear. When I was a kid riding and racing motocross in the 70’s, I was not endorsed, nor was it required back then in SoCal. I’m 64 now. <Rob>

Come up to Portland Or where 10% of riders have endorsement. Drive around and 1/3 of all cars have expired tabs or even no plates and cops don't do a thing? I got mine years ago when it was cheap and easy. Now up in Wa it takes 2 written and 2 skills test for about $500 total? 1/2 of the guys that were in my class paid full price $250 because they got caught riding dirty and needed it before a court date..lol I paid $125.00 and they included 125 and 250 cc bikes? Loved it! I'll never let it lapse and I'm turning 60..Also keep thin is mind if you have Ins from a happy company with new commercials every week played every 3 ads, if you file a claim they can and most likely will deny it because you were legal. I saw that a few times. Some ins co pay over 1.5 BILLION yes w a B for advertisement alone yearly..

Moe, what's a cycle endorsement? is that a certification given by riding school? if yes, in Canada we call it a riding permit. (In my province of Quebec anyway). love your vids.

I bought my first bike in 1993, it was a Yamaha XT350, I rode it all over San Diego and SoCal, even on base (Navy) for 2 years, paid it off, bought a second bike and rode it for 6-8 months before I got my endorsement. I’d probably logged 15-20k miles by that time.

In to addition road debris protection some of the Wings have fore and aft ridges under there that can act as wings in a severe crosswind, leading to bad handling. The belly pan blocks those cross winds. Or so I read before I got mine! 1995 GL1500, Mobile1, once a season ( even for 10-12,000 miles. But it is almost all high miles, and very little in town. )

No such thing as a motorcycle endorsement when I started riding. In Florida you cold ride anything under 5 brake horsepower at 15 with a restricted license.

I rode since 1982 until 2022 without a license and then I finally went and got it multiple tiers lost of regular car drivers license bunch of money, money money I am gonna be 62 years old years and years I shamed I was stupid be safe

Just did my brake and clutch fluid a few weeks ago. Installed speed bleeders as well to make the job easier next time.

Good to see you back on Mo (or as your niece/nephew below says; Uncle Morris!). Parent's passing is difficult. It's so final. Only rode w/o my official endorsement during the temporary period way back in '91. Your temps were your 'endorsement' should they be needed. Once passing the test (first time for me), got it added immediately at the BMV. Happy Memorial Day weekend. Remembering those who gave all. Thanking God for them and their families.

I got my endorsement in WI when I was 18. However, when I moved back to Ohio, the local BMV did not apply my endorsement and shredded my WI license before they handed me my new one. I called the state BMV and they admitted it was a mistake. In order to correct it, I would have to take the test or go back to WI and get a replacement license, come back to Ohio and change it again, this time adding the endorsement all at my cost. So, since I didn't take many passengers, didn't ride at night, and rarely got on the interstate, I kept getting a permit every year until I just happened to be scooting by the local branch and took the test. I moved from WI in 1996 and took the test in 2021. Most of that time having a Class A CDL with Double, Triples and Tanker endorsement. I got pulled over 1 time. No accidents.

I'm a bit over 30 now (1959) and have been riding off and on since I was 10. Split between off road and on road. Good to see a video pop up from you Mo, it's been a while.

Mo I got a question for you. I needed some repairs on my 08 1800 and I was told shops don’t work on 10 year or older motorcycles I had to go 50 miles out my way to have my motorcycle serviced

I got my endorsement two years ago after a 20+ year break in motorcycling. When I rode bikes previously in the 90's and early 00's I did not have an endorsement. I got lucky and never got a ticket but I wish I had gotten it then I might have kept riding. Greetings from Tecumseh by the way!

First of all, I took the motorcycle course, WHICH I STRONGLY RECOMMEND. Taking (passing) the course automatically gets you the endorsement AND greatly reduces your insurance rates. Not having the endorsement is just like those people that drive without a license that cause accidentts.

Hi, I'm 58 and originally from Cali. and have been riding for 44 years on the street and never have one until about 2 years ago. I rode Harley's and Japaneses bikes now I have a 2008 GL1800 and loving every minute of it.....:)
