Things that cause more injury and death than riding a motorcycle
1) slipping in bathtub
2) power tools
3) ladders
4) fireworks
5) black ice
6) skateboards
Everything in life can be dangerous if you come at it in the wrong way …
I agree with you , don’t put yourself in any more danger by acting foolish , and 99.9 % of the time you’ll be just fine . Riding clears my head , and lowers my anxiety levels . It’s hard to be in a bad mood when you’re riding , and if you’re still in a bad mood , ride for a few more miles !!
I new a man who said “if you’re scared to die, don’t be born”!! Lol. I guess it’s similar in a weird way. I love riding too. I started about 10 years ago and each year I want to ride more or more. It’s peaceful, takes me away from the regular and detaches me from my phone. I just wish more of my good friends rode and the ones that do rode as much as I like to. I’m 60 years old and don’t see myself stopping anytime soon God willing!!

There's a bit of Danger in every thing worth doing. The ones who think it's so dangerous should stay away.
Hey Mo, love your channel and your outlook on life. I've been riding for 50 years. People are always telling me how dangerous it is and who they know that got hurt on one. Why would someone who thinks motorcycles are dangerous be watching your motorcycle videos? Some people are just unhappy and want you to be unhappy too. I love to ride. I talk to God while I'm riding, thanking Him for my blessings and for wrapping His protection around me while I'm riding. Everything you said in this video is exactly right. Ride safe brother.

Hi Mo, been watching your video's for a while now, & just recently subscribed to your channel. Sorry it has taken me so long to do so, but I am a computer illiterate person.as a biker of over 40 years I can honestly say, that riding a motorcycle seems to be getting more dangerous with each passing year.However it will not stop me from riding. have ridden all types of bikes over the years, but majority of my life it has been sport bikes, but as a middle aged rider i do not like riding with other sport bikers because they seem to want to ride dangerously. so a few years ago i switched to a Gold wing & absolutely Love this bike !! i plan to continue riding for as long as I live . Hey Mo, riding a motorcycle is like a breath of fresh air, it clears your head and your right it is a stress reliever. I usually ride out 30miles and get a cup of coffee and back. Ride safe and enjoy.
Yes, there is more risk riding a motorcycle but with defensive driving and knowing your skills and abilities to handle the motorcycle there should not be any worries. Don't get complacent and respect your surroundings.
Riding isn't dangerous, crashing is.

Back in the mid 80s a friend and I were in Toronto from Michigan and a woman asked my friend outside a motorcycle shop, aren’t riding those kind of dangerous? my friend, without missing a beat, replied… Listen, lady, I’ve never done anything in this world that was fun, that wasn’t dangerous‼️ and she replied, I guess you have a point.
Nothing better than riding to put things in perspective. Dangerous? Everything you do after getting out of bed is dangerous so don't sweat it. Deer though....
From watching your videos I'd say your safe. I've had those younger riders go pass me and i just let them go and hope they make it where their going. Stay safe.
Hey Mo, missed a few recent videos. For some reason I was unsubscribed but resubscribed this morning. Agree with you, riding is as dangerous as the rider is. That’s where most issues happen. One reason I won’t ride in groups anymore.
Great video Mo. I have been following you for several years and love your videos. I have been riding for 58 years. I have had a few wrecks back when I was young and really dumb, but thankfully I have lived long enough (73 years) to learn what happiness on a motorcycle really is. Motorcycles are sort of like guns. Neither starts a day with the intention of hurting or killing someone. It is the person who is holding the gun, or the person who is riding the bike that is responsible. I fully understand that at times things happen and a good rider is going to go down, but we are responsible for our safety when we are on our bikes. I am very happy now sticking to the back roads, avoiding interstates when possible, and enjoying the country side. I love to spend a day or four riding the back roads, not having anyplace that I have to be, or a time to be there. If I'm a day late getting home the wife seems to understand, and I enjoy life.

i have been a paul bearer at 3 motorcycle funerals. no accidents were their fault. I have 5 bikes , have only ridden 20 miles in 15 years.
