Nobody talks about V02max , the bodies ability to transport and disperse oxygen to the muscles. A man naturally has about 10% higher Vo2max than a woman across the board. This won’t change with transitioning from man to woman. They “men” will always have a huge advantage over women.

Shut the track meet down and have a race with your girls after the official event where the male in the field can run by himself. this takes a lot of guts. she's putting herself out there. no one deserves to be treated like this. i genuinely do not mind whatsoever. it's honestly not that deep (from my perspective). everyone should be able to compete in whatever "gendered category" they identify with. i mean, cisgender females have different amount of testosterone too, and that's never bugged anyone, so idk why this should either. i've never seen an issue with transgender females competing in the same category. all women had to fight for rights to be in sports, so i see no issue in competing together.

Maybe we should surrender to the Chinese, let them reorganize their "America" province, and start over. The last three generations are a failure.

I had a similar situation long time ago. Lots of people around, strong muscular men and NO ONE helped me! I am a skinny woman in my 30s. I finally managed to put the bar back on the rack myself.
