    Hey liebe KayKay, ich habe früher schon bei ein paar Fitness TH-camrn trainiert, aber bei dir bleibe ich! Es macht soviel Spaß und mit dir mache ich echt Fortschritte!     I would love to see more with this format; feeling the burn in the lower ,then the upper half, and then HIIT and abs to get that invigorating boost to get all the feel good vibes!

    Es war unglaublich 🥹🥹🥹🥹 einfach alles dabei und ich habe mich wieder gesteigert dank dir weil ich dran bleibe und ich habe heute im Gym das schönste Kompliment bekommen von einer Dame was man mir geben konnte (kam ja aus dem Untergewicht zu viel Sport zu wenig essen) sie meinte du siehst richtig stark und gesund aus nicht zu dünn nicht zu Muskelös einfach echt schön 🥹🥹🥹🥹 ich habe fast geweint 🥹🥹🥹 einfach dank dir weil es die perfekte Mischung aus Kraft und Ausdauer ist danke dir Katrin 🫶🫶🫶🫶

    I was getting very happy until the final circuit coming up. ”How could she let us off the hook without burn!” Was waiting for the high jump then I know for sure it was the end. Awesome!

    Hey Kathrine, you are amazing! I love your workouts, they are super killer!!
    I try my best to follow them along with you, ofcourse with lighter weights...I wonder when I would be able to finish the full video in one go!
    I think that would be the time, I will get rid of my ugly cellulites 😔
