    Absolutely loved the first circuit. The whole video was great, but I've never done a circuit like the first one, I'd love to see more of that plyo followed by iso moves

    Thanks KayKay! I keep this till today, Sunday cause it's a long workout. I love it.
    I did a little modification. I skip to circuit 3 then only come back to circuit 2. Cause I have lower back pain, so floor exercise can be a bit hard on me. So I have put it to the last.
    Overall, I love your creativity. THANk You So Much. ❤️

    What a good way to start the weekend. It was so cool but also pretty tough that abs circuit omg and the multiple rangers I was out of breath ! During the workout I was reflecting on myself and all the progress that I've made and to be honest I am feeling really proud and strong. Thank you so so so much for everything !!!

    This was so good! I couldn’t finish the entire video and I had to take several extra breaks during it, but I’m a sweaty mess right now and I feel great! That ab section was especially a killer!

    I could only complete 20 mins of this workout usually I am able to complete workouts like these, but since I took 3 days off from training due to not feeling well :( today is my first day back to working out…😅❤ it’s okay I’ll get back to the hang of things as this week progresses, can’t wait to workout with you tomorrow Katherin💗 thank u 🙏🏼

    Yesss, I did it!
    But I have a purpose, in the second circuit it should be 30 seconds of work to 10 seconds of rest, because that's no much time to start another exercise!!

    I do this set today:) it was absolutely out of my comfort zone, I rather like shorter and faster sets but I think sometimes we need this kind of longer sets 😊 well equipped, it seems that you work a lot with it.

    I’ve built core strength and stamina which made it bearable.
