Hugh Jackman used to shop at the Petco in Union Square in NYC when I worked there 10+ years ago. His kids really liked the aquatic life. In all seriousness- Hugh Jackman is a sublime person. I went to see The Boy from Oz years ago and at one point he came into the audience. Y'know...even if the movie somehow ended up being bad, it would still have been worth it to have seen all the promo spots these two have done together for it. Their years-long mock feud has just been a tease for the payoff we've gotten over the past couple of months. It's going over so many ppls heads. Like no way he didn't go over that with him b4, especially when his wife was involved to and could get backlash etc
No, it was real. He started rubbing his own legs because he was physically uncomfortable. Something he didn't do at any other point during the interview. Right before they showed the second clip you could see how slack jaw Hugh Jackman was. That absolutely was not a skit.
Actors who win Oscars for comedy like Marisa Tomei, Johnny Depp, Robert Downey Jr.; I think Ryan Reynolds is a great contender because he plays Deadpool perfectly.

I love how comfortable they each are in their own skins, no ego compensation tarnishing their relationship. Two of the few celebrities that deserve the adoration for just being good humans.
They have a perfect friendship. The way they can take the piss out of one another but they can also be so earnest and loving is wonderful! The mutual respect and admiration is so palpable. I feel like this dynamic is rare, especially in male friendships.
The influence that they transmit between the two is common, because in essence. The great presence on Jimmy's show. And seriously, Hugh and Ryan are spark!!!
I've never watched an entire jimmy jimmy episode and might have been able to finish a few segments in the past but this is the best thing they must've ever done.
I’ll always find it amazing how Ryan Reynolds had the idea of playing Deadpool pitched to him, so he read some comics and realized he was born to play that role
to be fair the writter of the comics in which Deadpool became the merc with a mouth instead of just a stealthy Merc type said he based the character off Ryan Reynolds even says in the comics that he looks like Ryan under the mask, this all before Ryan was actually ever associated with the movies.
Ryan answering the phone call just as Hugh was being emotional and vulnerable over his dad’s passing was both terrible and absolutely hilarious . I felt bad that I laughed so hard 😂
This just proves that Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman could actually start their own TV series and it would be spectacular.
Umm.. yeah so.. Lets do that. DP and Wolvie show.. I'm all in for that.

No, it was real. He started rubbing his own legs because he was physically uncomfortable. Something he didn't do at any other point during the interview. Right before they showed the second clip you could see how slack jaw Hugh Jackman was. That absolutely was not a skit.
how do you know it’s a skit?
@@Lorisa25 THEY'RE ACTORS. It absolutely was a skit. You're just looking for something that isn't there.
@@Lorisa25 yeah that’s called acting -
The chemistry between these two is absolutely fun to watch. I look forward to their clips
I had tears in my eyes, when Hugh was describing the loss of his dad.....😢
Than Ryan starts face timing Blake in the middle of the emotional story
Finally a Jimmy Kimmel show worth watching.
agreed!!
Right? This comment needs more thumbs up!!
The part that comes after the clip from the movie they showed was unbelievable. Some of Hugh’s best acting ever.
Actors who win Oscars for comedy like Marisa Tomei, Johnny Depp, Robert Downey Jr.; I think Ryan Reynolds is a great contender because he plays Deadpool perfectly.
lol no
I didn't know Oppenheimer was a comedy
oscar's are mostly rigged!!confirmed when that indian movie named RRR got it for thier song!! and they hate marvel/superhero movies!! shame on
oscars's tbh!! and they are not the defination weather a movie is good or at least in my opinion!!
lastly,Modern Oscars don't desreve thease two legends!!
Nothing wrong with Depp he's got a bigger fan base than Reynolds
Best part about this movie is these two doing media together
11:20 felt so real, I cannot tell if you're acting or not!
I love how comfortable they each are in their own skins, no ego compensation tarnishing their relationship. Two of the few celebrities that deserve the adoration for just being good humans.
Their bromance is something i can't get enough of...🤩🤩
They have a perfect friendship. The way they can take the piss out of one another but they can also be so earnest and loving is wonderful! The mutual respect and admiration is so palpable. I feel like this dynamic is rare, especially in male friendships.
Best episode of Jimmy Kimmel ever. Jimmy should stay home more often!
I love these guys and their friendship so much. Can't get enough of the Deadpool and Wolverine interviews ❤❤
Canonically spidey, Wolverine, and Deadpool interact a lot. Disney can’t miss that opportunity.
The friendship between these two guys is just so wholesome and genuinely warming to the heart.
Hugh and Ryan need to do a tv host show like this together I would watch it all day long 😂
I absolutely LOVE these two! The love is genuine, you can’t fake that!
Ryan is gold because he’s so humbled and sings everybody’s praises.
I love their energy together! The playful mocking and then the genuine love and friendship! I can’t wait to see this movie!
8:50 I love HUGE’s laught so much, it’s just the most amazing thing
I enjoyed this so much!
That "Canada/Gosling" joke deserved more attention.
Just imagine Ryan Reynolds and Chris Hemsworth on the same movie set… the amount of energy 😂
20:45 “sometimes when your so full of sh*t you go with it, you end up actually hitting the bullseye” best quote I’ve ever heard 🫡
Ryan answering the phone call just as Hugh was being emotional and vulnerable over his dad’s passing was both terrible and absolutely hilarious . I felt bad that I laughed so hard 😂
Ryan and Hugh being best friends is a timeline that we honestly needed.
