    Wanted a low impact no jumping one, asked for it and she did it within 2 days! Wow! Well, may be she did it not for me, but I would think she did!🥰 Thank you! I revere your perfection! Its more than awesome.

    Wenn man seinen ganzen Tagesplan umwirft um trotzdem das Workout noch einzuschieben ist das pure Liebe für den creator! ❤ Danke - ich liebe deine 60 minutes und weiß deinen ganzen Einsatz und Zeit sehr zu schätzen!! Da lohnt sich ein verschieben - man weiß einfach man bekommt eine mega Performance und ein geiles Workout!!

    Kathrin, dieses Workout war meine Rettung heute. Ich muss gerade meine Hüfte etwas schonen, aber, nach einem stressigen Arbeitstag wollte ich es einfach nur knallen lassen. Und hier konnte ich mich wirklich austoben ohne zig Squats und Lunges zu machen. Ich fühle mich jetzt einfach mega gut. Vielen Dank für die großartige Vielfalt in deinen Workouts und dass man immer etwas findet, wenn man modifiziert trainieren muss/will. Einfach 1000 Dank! 💖💖💖

    Thank you for low impact workouts. I have a knee injury and no squats or jumping allowed for awhile. This was great to have as a resource to still get a good glow and burn! 🤲🏼💪

    Day 14. Aaaaah, all the sweating and the planking. Never knew there were many variations for planking. I hope my core and abs become steel soon lol

    Thank you Kathrin for such a challenging and tough, yet knee friendly workout. There is a serious lack of such workouts and I will be repeating this often. Most knee friendly workouts tend to be easy and use a variety of support options. Not this one though! Challenging and sweaty…loved the combination with core.

    Ok so I loved this workout but could only hang on about 90%. You’re a tough amazing woman!! I punched through it until about 70% got through abs but the last couple couldn’t hang if I’m being honest. Whew what a burner. 😅only thing is would’ve been nice to have a water break in between sets or circuits. Made my workout more than an hour which I’m not used to as I normally get it all in with Anthem 40-45min ones. But that’s not to say I loved the workout. Would do it again for sure. I feel very strong, strengthened & conditioned. Thank you beautiful.
