      But being alone can also feel great and doesn’t need to feel lonely then.
      We can learn that.
      Meditation 🧘‍♀️ for example can help so much. Or find also some other new things you wanna learn and practice, learn about yourself. ❤️✨🙏🏼

    When you workout regularly, eat clean healthy tasty, sleep enough.. Life becomes better. Goals get achieved faster and things are getting done in a more efficient way. I can clearly say that working out makes people suffer for only 30-60 min, but they become happy for the rest of their lives.

    Wow... 💪🏼 Das hat echt Spaß gemacht. Ich hab immer auf die Uhr geschielt und mich gefragt, wie lange du uns noch quälen willst, aber die Zeit ist rumgegangen wie nix... I'm 2 Teil hab ich gedacht, mir faulen die Arme ab... 🙈
    Zottman curls werden nicht meine Lieblings Übung, aber die hab ich definitiv gespürt.

    Kreativität, Motivation und High Level haben für mich eine neue Dimension heute bekommen.🙏 Kathrin was du da gezaubert hast war schon der oberhammer. ❗45 Sekunden können nämlich echt lang werden je nachdem welche Gewichte man nimmt. 🙈es gibt Videos die macht man und es gibt Videos die machen mega Spass. dieses hat mir mega Spaß gemach🙌t , hätte ich am liebsten noch mal gemacht.
    ich kann nicht sagen welchen Zirkel ich am liebsten gemacht habe, jeder auf seine Art war toll
    wobei den letzten Teil habe ich auf dem Trampolin gemacht, weil mir das zu viele Sprünge waren
    danke für diese Zeit und Mühe die du wieder mal für uns investiert hast. und jeden Tag zeigt mir es war eine super Entscheidung Dir und Dom zu Folgen

    Wow, just wow... this was challenging, but I had the best time doing it. I almost skipped working out today, but my inner self said Get Moving! 😅 sometimes, when you are older, this kind of workout can scare ya a tad. At 58, I still have that mentality of don't give up!     Ich liebe deine einstündigen Workouts! Bei dir ist die Aufteilung immer so gestaltet, dass es sich viel kürzer anfühlt und genug Abwechslung dabei ist. Habe es grad erledigt 😊 meine kleine Tochter (9 Monate alt) liegt bzw inzwischen sitzt immer dabei und ist auch schon sehr an den Hanteln interessiert 😂

    42 degree Celsius today and no AC in the room... but kept going to the end 😅... I was swimming in my own sweat 🥵🥵...
    Really feel accomplished now...
