    First day impressions:It arrived in a waist high box. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 Each dumbbell was in its own foam box within the shipping box. Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

    Ich habe das workout gerade zum wiederholten Male gemacht und kann immer wieder sagen ich Liebs es ist die perfekte Mischung aus allem…. Es kamen zwei Mädels rein und meinten gibst du Kurse (war im GYM) und ich meinte nein das ist Katrin bei TH-cam trainiere seit Jahren mit ihr… da meinten sie wow wenn man dann so ausschaut fangen wir auch an.     I use a translator to write in English for quick delivery.
    I'm so happy to know Kaykay these days.
    This intense exercise keeps my body and mind healthy.
    I start working out at 7 AM in Korea time.
    The sweat that you sweat after exercising makes your day strong.
    Also, I feel that my physical strength is getting better day by day. Thank you!

    This was more of a mind over body challenge.. I switched to beast mode to finish this one😅
    Super sweaty too
    I decided not to look at the time counter and Time flew by fast ..
    This was 🔥🥵 and fun😅

    Loved it! I have never loved long work-outs but these 60 mins literally flew by, enjoyed every second and felt amazing afterwards! 10/10 these work-outs never disappoint 💪

    This is one of those mental workouts. Fun to do but challenging mentally and physically. I decided to go a little lighter, 2x7.5kg Dumbbells to get maximum cardio too. Thanks, KayKay.❤❤

    Perfect Sunday workout! I loved this. My favorite format: heavy weight exercise followed by bodyweight exercise, finishing with a Tabata cardio segment😍. 60 minutes long that felt like 30 minutes. Great job! Thank you❤

    This was a perfect combination of strength, cardio and mobility!! I'm really excited and awestruck at the same time 😅 I can imagine how to feel like breathe one's last from these 60 minutes intense workout 😅😅😅 But it's really challenge me at the same time. 👍 So these sessions will be my workout this evening, 100% sure 👊💥💪 Your inspiration to me.     Currently not at my strongest bc of waterfasting, so I did this with 7.5 kg. This was super fun, I loved the different moves (some of which I've never done before!) and time passed so quickly. Now I feel so happy and energized, thank you so so much! :)

    I love your workouts, and combining strength and cardio in a 45mn to a 1h video is a fabulous idea. I did this one, and I'm sure I'm going to feel my muscles for the rest of the week. Keep up the good work and the videos coming!

    3rd time doing this. My whole fitness regime revolves around CG and KK. They are similar but also so very different. Hence switching between both trainers is a win win.
    Why on earth hasn’t KK got more subscribers?????
