Maybe because she speaks German on insta. Insta attracts back to yt. But I think the same. My fave yt trainers are underrated. The most popular ones are not technically so good, but they are attracting with insta rolls or other content. I don't get this.
@@dobrawarutkowska I’m generally from Russia, and I’m not on insta, when I first saw Kate’s workouts, I was crazy, and I realized that this was not my level, my level was without equipment, although she also has videos without dumbbells, and somehow I decided try and now I do it regularly on her video))) especially cardio!!! other bloggers try to be more beautiful in the video, it is taboo for them to be not beautiful in the frame (this is my subjective opinion) 😊

Just found you. Many new moves that I haven't seen before or maybe because I'm new to strength training but the workout is surprising considerate to old knees like mine. Great videos and programs! Have just finished 29 days and now doing your August program. Hope you are feeling better now. I wanted to ask how you decide when to wear trainers vs exercising barefoot? I prefer barefoot, but am afraid that I might be hurting my knees or ankles when jumping. And you seem to do most of our cardio exercises (loads of jumping) barefoot and DB ones (so less jumping) with trainers. That puzzles me 🙂
