is it just me or does anyone else actually like Bone Dry Dunes. I have seen a lot of people who seem to dislike the course but I like it. Maybe it's cos I kinda do like desert stages meh?

The reason I love desert stages is probably because of Gobi's Desert
I hate deserts stages but I love Dry Bones dunes, I think it's really unique for a desert stage, I also think there's the right number of stuff into it, I really don't get why he says it's empty and boring.
Bone dry dunes is one of my favorites. One of the reasons is because I love dry bones.

I agree on all of your decisions except for #14. Mario Kart Stadium does a solid job of introducing you to the game, being the first level and all. You have a gliding ramp, an anti-gravity section, and a few corner cuts, but the main thing that makes it so refreshing is that it's the first stage and it's NOT a boring circuit titled after a generic character. It may not be as cool as the other nitro Mario Kart 8 stages, but it's certainly better than anything the first few Mario Karts had to offer. In fact, if we count retro stages, Royal Raceway could've easily been the most boring Mario Kart 8 stage there is, but whatever.
+edtringaming I personally loved Royal Raceway in both the N64 and Wii U version, but that's my opinion. I agree with you on Mario Kart Stadium though, I love that track

Mario kart stadium is my 9th favorite in mk8 (my 10th is rainbow road)

I loved desert hills on the Wii, something about boosting over the hills and getting so far ahead is so satisfying
MK Stadium? That one's awesome! It's the first track, and it's a great "welcoming" track. The first time I ever played, I was hoping for a "circuit" but nope! I also love those banners, but I wish there was one for Rosetta/Rosalina.

Please keep in mind that for a lot of these lists, ESPECIALLY this one, I exaggerate how great or how bad something so it's more entertaining to watch. It's pretty hard to find BAD Mario Kart tracks believe me!

I just hope you don't have too many Mario Kart Wii tracks, because I know how much you hate that game, but you've got to admit, Mario Kart Wii is enjoyable despite its annoyingly difficult tracks! Also, I just burst into laughter when you included that clip from SammyClassicSonicFan's rant and said, "What the frick?!" like he does! Real funny!

I personally hated rainbow road on the Wii. They added the rails on parts that no one really was going to fall off on, but as soon as you get to a turn or a area you should drift at, the rails were gone and a good amount of people fall off.

I know for sure it will be on the next list next Saturday but I hate Moonview Highway. There are cars freaking everywhere; it's almost impossible not to hit at least one in every lap.

My opinions on each of these courses
20. Never played the GBA game so I cannot comment.

18. Disgraceful course. Boring music, boring visuals and not fun to play at all.
17. Similar opinion to above. Desert levels in video games are easily in my Top 3 level designs, however Mario Kart handles it so poorly.
16. Meh. Not that great. The Luigi statue is nice and the music is catchy but this course is so heavily based on RNG.
15. I like this one. Behind Mario Kart 8's, this is my second favourite Mario Circuit in the series. Love the music, extremely fun to play and overall a good time.
14. For a first track, this is actually a really great course, love the aesthetics of this one, definitely unique to the series.
13. Disagree completely. This is one of my favourite courses in the series. The music is amazing; in my Top 10 Mario songs and the atmosphere is perfect, especially for Christmas. This was actually the first Mario Kart track I ever played, so this course gets nostalgia points from me. However, the MK8 version is far superior.
12. My least favourite track in the series (unless you count remakes and then that title goes to the MK8 rendition of Cheese Land). The music is boring, it's too slippery and it doesn't even have an exciting design. A total failure and a terrible excuse for a track in my opinion.
11. A lot of "first tracks" on this list, I see. Not that I can blame you, this track sucks. Probably the second worst "first track" in the series in my opinion, behind the SNES one. The giant Toad balloons are a nice touch but other than that, this is a crap track to start off one of the best Mario Kart games.
Will continue this with 10-1 in the next video.
I disagree with 11 because:
1. Its the first track so it might aswell be pretty boring since you dont know how to play yet and you have sone time to practice the basics
2. It introduces the gliding ability
3. In my opinion, it seems like a pretty fun track in multiplayer
(But who am I to tell you my opinions since I get to play it next Thursday for the first time.)

I feel like you could have swapped out mario circit from mario kart 8 and ds with some snes tracks, and adding bone dry dunes i think wasn’t the best idea, but overall, your reasoning is ok.

I think one way to make toad circuit better ( or whatever the name is ) is to add the function of driving through the giant toad balloons. That’s my opinion anyway.
Having played every mk starting form super circuit Mk wii, and double dash have been the stand outs with Mario kart wii taking the crown.
I can’t fault any of the maps on that game apart from the ice one.

For the second to final turn in Bone-dry Dunes, I just loathe it bc in 200cc. When you get to the gliding part, you always want the gliding to end just right, but it ends too late (stuck on the wall) or too early (more likely to fall off the stage)

Bone dry dunes is one of my favourite stages. I mainly play mario kart to perform sick drifts and this stage is so bendy and curvy making it a blast for difficult drifts.
Number 13 is my favorite Mario kart track :(

First time I discovered this channel ... this guy is hilarious.
The bad part about putting sherbet land from the 64 on here is that the lack of control on the ice makes the track a lot more interesting and unpredictable, not to mention so much fun.
I hope I see some MK8 Rainbow Road next week.

It is the hardest to get a WR on, I am 2.9 sec away from the world record and that's considered a above average time. I won't even come in the top 500
I don't know why I decided to watch this video while I was already stressed out... imo bone dry dunes is really visually appealing, the ships, the read sands colour scheme, and the massiveness of the background combined with the music make it fun for me, that being said it is (as you stated) hard to find bad mario kart courses, so I'm taking this whole video with a grain of salt.
Holy crap! Sherbet Land on DD is on my top 10! I actually really enjoy that course, and I prefer the DD over 8 version.

Mario Circuit DS is actually my favorute Mario Circuit. Maybe it's the nostalgia talking, but I just think it's fun and unique. It deserves to be remade as a retro track.

I thought Boo Lake was awesome - one of my favorites. I haven't ran Bone Dry Dunes but that looks pretty slick too. Mario Circuit DS is another one of my favorites because it's a complex "Circuit" track.
I agree with everything except Mario Stadium. I love that stage. Sure, it's simple, but it looks AMAZING. The small details are great; that's what makes the stage so great.

I love Sherbet Land from Double Dash! Back in the days I used to play Double Dash after school time with my mom, and I've always beaten her at that stage haha
I think the doors to the castle in Mario Circuit DS uses the same model for one of the door types in Super Mario 64 DS.

So.. am I the only one who finds Bone-Dry Dunes VERY underrated? I actually find it very fun, especially that antigravity section, I also LOVE the music there, especiially front-running. Its byfar one of my favorite MK8 Courses, along with Ice ice outpost, toad harbor, and cloudtop cruise
What's so bad about Desert Hills? I love this track in both games it's in and it's one of my favorite tracks.
In the OG Mario Kart Super Circuit, take the Peach Circuit map and rotate it 45 degrees clockwise, and you’ll know its shape.
