You know what's stupid about Pipe Maze? It's supposed to be a 1-against-3 mini game yet only one of each of the four players wins.
yeah, it’s like it could’ve been a 4 player minigame in which you would all pick a spot to be under. then the treasure chest randomly falls underneath and then somebody gets lucky.

I would have put every single control stick mini games as a tie for number 1, because even if some of these games make no sense or are near impossible and just don't last too long, at least to don't cause any physical harm. Except for the spinning control stick mini games. And don't give me any of that, but they're fun and you get used to it, nobody gets used to blisters and burns! I literally had to stop playing marioparty for 2 whole month because of a single blister!

Maze one is worse than them all: it pretends to be memorizing one, but is pure luck in fact.
Yeah, I don't like how Mario Party 2 introduced those and kept including them afterwards. At least Pipe Maze is basically a free win if you pay close attention (just dart your eyes to the pipe next to it the moment a split comes up) and Slot Machine has a trick to it: The three rolls aren't entirely randomized, so if you got the pattern down it becomes easy to manipulate the outcome. Though beware not to take too long or the rolls will stop automatically.
Mario Party is infamous for those stick rotating mini games. Players would often use the palm of their hands to spin the stick to give them extra grip, but that did something worse: it caused skin lacerations! Yeah, these games caused real people to get hurt...

I used to hate Slot Car Derby as a kid because I completely misunderstood how it worked. I couldn't really read or speak English, and I thought that you have to steer your car left and right. So you could imagine I never won at it. It was especially frustrating in the Mini-game Island, because I couldn't get past that stage, but at least it was pretty much at the very end, so I could still enjoy the rest of the games.

Personally I never had an issue with Pipe Maze in terms of memorizing the path. It actually isn't that bad. My issue with it is that I never win that one because I'm never the one who chooses the pipes

I can understand all of these except the third one, the one with the boos. Ilike that style of game as it's simple and you have to pay attenation to what occurs.

Ghost Guess is one of my favorite 1 Player Games. I just love it. The worst Game is Pedal Power (is that the english name too?) the game where you sit on a bicycle and have to light up a bulb to defeat the boo

I personally hate the minecart race,pedal power, crane game and the cast aways the most. I almost always fall off the track in the minecart, get caught by boo in pedal power, lose ONE FUCKING THIRD of my coins in the crane, (which I usually have a shit ton of them) and never catch any coins in cast aways.
What an interesting Top 10, it must've been SO HARD TO DECIDE, I could imagine how long it took to do the list, since every mini game isn't that bad, it's fun. So yeah! GREAT list again though. AWESOME Top 10. It's SO HARD to choose from! I guess I have to go with Tug Of War, I'M NOT AS A PRO like you man XD It HURTS! It gives me Spare Change in a personal button in my palm! OUCHIE!

the pipe maze minigame is SO MUCH FUN!!! maybe it's because i love puzzles and i can always memorize the pattern, but still, it's on my top 10 FAVORITES.
The reason I hate it is not because the camera goes too fast, but it's that it's completely luck based for everybody except one of the people.
It's funny because in my 'Best Mario Party Mini-games' video, I actually included Pipe Maze as one of my faves.

Actually...I managed to get the pipe game correct 90% of the time after knowing, how to win. It's a bit quick, but you only need to follow the pipe above you, which is possible at this speed.

My worst Mario Party Minigame had to be Cast Aways. It was a nightmare to having to rotate the control stick and I got blisters from doing that. ;_;
What about that one where one player is bowser getting smashed by the other three with hammers? The bowser can do nothing but jump around and it’s just a normal 1v3
We actually play a game very similar to Ghost Guess in my Expressive Arts lessons
I think you need to do Best/Worst Mario Party games over the whole series. If thats the case, Vicious Vending or The Beat Goes On would take #1.
Honestly I never found Pipe Maze to be too bad, then again I spent WAY too much time fighting Bio-Spider in Megaman X so.... yea....

I also thought pipe maze was stupid, but not for the same reasons. If I get to choose which pipe it goes in, I can successfully do it 95% of the time. It's just a task of following a line starting from your character. There's a similar micro game is Wario Ware Inc which I played a lot, so that might help.
Anyways, the game is bad because there's no actual game for 3 players; they literally watch it happen. No teamwork, no discussion, nothing. They could have at least designed it so the team gets to share the spoils if the 1 player fails.
What if Nintendo knew that pink gold peach sucks so they added it to Mario kart 8 to start conflicts with others, you would go on the team where she sucks and have a closer retaliation ship because you and the others have something to agree on and become closer friends

Holy crap. I can't believe crane game didn't make it. If your winning by a lot of coins, and hard lvl CPU chooses you, you're basically guaranteed to lose 1/3 of your coins

Pipe Maze is not difficult. I can guarantee that I pick the right pipe every single time. You don't have to memorize the whole thing, since it shows you where your character is at the bottom. Just trace the path the chest has to take, backwards, as the screen scrolls up. Seriously, it's not that complicated.

CPUs, even on Easy, almost never lose, no matter how hard you try
and keeping hold of someone is literally almost impossible.
***** pretty much, that gsme is the single reason I always saved after every turn when grinding for coins or stars, it was an instant reset when I wasn't the 1
***** yeah, but I didn't feel like grinding another 130 coins(yeah, the loss was that high sometimes) I usually don't care about it unless the AI borderline cheats(like in Pokemon Stadium, they apparently read the RNG for perfect Hax, seriously, what idiot progammed that and thought it was a good idea) or never loses, there's no point in doing a minigame with that big a loss when you already know the outcome is defeat 100% of the time(in my experience)
If they beat me in any other game I can actually potentially win, I just deal with it.

Each time I played the Slot derby mini game I would always want to play Mario Kart 64.
#5 No way! Back when I played this when i was little, the guy who was on the tight rope lost every single time. We always played with 4 human players though and never any computers. That game is totally unbalanced since it's so easy to hit the guy on the rope, he never gets a chance to even move xD

Sometimes I can memorize the path of pipe maze but the CPUs never fail so it's pointless unless you're actually the one picking the pipe. :P

How could you disappoint us about something you know that we may hate? Also, the better yet best way to beat pipe maze is just record with your phone, and go into the edit area of it and you can scroll all across it to see where the chest travels. That only takes seconds to do even under a minute!
