I remember Bryan’s downstairs neighbor reporting that he’d seen Bryan come home with a girl a couple times and could hear them talking from his apartment. I wonder if that was Dylan. Maybe he’d been inside the home and that’s how he knew his way around and exactly which bedrooms to hit? Conveniently walked by Dylan’s bedroom TWICE and didn’t think to go in for her?

What is your speculation based on? He probably did not realise there were six people in the house., as two were not visitors. It is possible he did not realise how large this weird, complex three-storey house is, or that he thought it was two back-to-back homes. Nor would he necessarily expect to find more than one person in a room. Nor might he have expected one to call for pizza at 4am. It is more likely that he thought he would get into one room and kill one person and slip back out, and enjoy the thrill of people like you pointing fingers at bewildered roommates.

So many weird things with this case. One thing I haven't see talked about is the risk he took. He likely knew there would be up to 6 people in the house, including one male. How in the world would an intelligent person expect to be able to kill all those people in different rooms with only a knife and have nobody in the house scream at the top of their lungs, possibly have people escape and alert neighbors, call the police during the act, etc. There are so many things that could have gone wrong that it seems unlikely someone would even attempt it without other elements at play. And why did he just walk right past the other roommate and not kill her too? This whole thing just doesn't make sense the way it's being told.

There are a NEW set of questions Bryan could pose on Redit should he ever get the chance to pole criminals. 1. How long after your crime did you realize the cops were on to you ? 2. How did it feel when the FBI executed a no knock warrant on your dwelling at 3 AM to arrest you? 3. How did you feel after you learned you left a key piece of evidence at the crime scene ? 4. How did it feel when you realized you can never take a dump or shower in private again ? 5. How did it feel when you realized you were caught ?

i read in the Affidavit that both Dylan and Bethany was in the house during the murder occured and Bethany was on the first floor while Dylan was on the same floor as Xana and Ethan. i'm just curious on how intoxicated Bethany was (if she was indeed drinking that night) to not hear anything like Dylan, since people claimed Dylan was also intoxicated but still able to hear Kaylee (affidavit also assumed that it could be Xana saying that since her phone was active on tiktok during that time) said
    - someone in the house,
    - heard Xana's crying,
    - heard a male voice saying "its okay i can help you",
    - still able to open her door three times,
    - came face to face with suspect,
    - give a full on description on the suspect eventho its dark.
that doesnt sound intoxicated to me. people also said "its a frat house, people come and go the whole time for party." yeah, i guess if there were party in the house at that time (which they dont) so i dont see how seeing an all black, mask on dude, bushy eyebrow and you clearly didnt recognized the said male, doesnt alert u in some way, let alone for the next 7-8 hours.
we need more interviews statement of Bethany, to know her side of story on why didnt she hear anything, like the dog barking for example since this affidavit focus too much on Dylan's statement.
what was Bethany doing from 8-11 before the police phone call was made. who is the friend that Dylan called before they decided to call police? did they mean she called Bethany to come upstair together with her to check on the roomates? and a lot of people were like "the unconcious person" that were stated in the police call is probaly Dylan. she probably fainted from the shocked.
    okay.
and my question is, who let the friend in and discover unconcious Dylan?
and if its not Dylan that were meant as "unconcious person", i do not think seeing two person in the pool of their own blood can be deem as "unconcious"
that just question i have, yall can share opinion. please do not scream and be mean. 🙄
i am also interested to hear more on that 911 call. hoping they'll release the call. we can hear more on how they react in the call upon seeing a devastating and horror scene in front of their eyes.

I have a lot of sympathy for the survivors, but I also have a lot of questions. She was "frozen" in fear, but she was still able to lock her bedroom door. She then didn't call 911, didn't check on any of her housemates, and instead went to bed until midday.
I feel terrible for all the people involved in this apart from the perpetrator, of course, but it's not unreasonable to ask how the hell someone can experience that and do nothing. If this experience was enough to terrify her into being frozen how did she secure herself in her room? And if she could do that how could she then not do anything at all for another EIGHT hours?

How do we know he was at this house 12 times prior bc he was stalking them - what if he had something going on with Dylan? They need to check her phone too and see if she was ever at his apartment. Apparently his downstairs neighbor heard him bring a girl home a few times and heard them talking all night. Why did he spare Dylan in a bedroom on the same floor as the two others - he just so happened to ignore her bedroom (the closest one to the stairway and the sliding door) TWICE and went into the far one? And after she went to sleep...
She is not guilty for surviving, of course, and she didn't harm anyone, but man, she did nothing to help either.

    My thoughts on Dylan:
    1. I don't think she was in any conspiracy whatsoever with the killer.
    2. I believe she did see the killer exiting through the sliding glass door.
    3. I believe she heard what she said she heard.
    4. I believe she was terrified to an extreme degree.
    5. Despite her terror and fear, I still think she had enough of her wits left to call her other surviving roommate.
    6. I don't know why she didn't call the police about the intruder.
    a. Too traumatized? b. Didn't want the cops coming over to find her drunk or under some drug-related influence and/or find contraband in the house? c. Extremely poor judgement under the circumstances? d. Stupid beyond belief?
Whatever the answers, that poor girl was traumatized, made poor decisions and now will suffer all over again but to a much worse degree now that the affidavit has been released to the public. Her life is ruined and I'm saddened by that thought.

At some point she will have to answer why she waited over 6 hours to call the cops....and don't tell me she was drunk and fell asleep, cause I've been drunk, and someone walking by me in my house wearing a mask and dressed in black that I don't know who it is....will take my buzz away rather quick. So the other surviving roommate finds Dylan, can't calm her down or communicate so calls friends to try and connect with/help her get her thoughts out, and eventually someone realizes something terrible happened so they need to call police in the midst of the chaos.

I was watching an interview with a former FBI agent, I believe he was one or in law enforcement of some kind, anyways....he made a good point as to why DM did not call 911 right away. He mentioned that it was dark in the house, and just because she saw him does not mean he actually saw her. I mean he could have been so focused to get out that his mind was fixated on getting to the door and completely disregarded the person he just walked past, she did say he went directly to the door and left as he passed by her. And maybe she opened her door a crack to see rather than being out in the wide open. But honestly, from the way things have been described, I don't think that Ethan or xana were meant to be murdered. I believe they were so because they heard and went out to see what the commotion was. She said she heard someone say there is someone here....since both the girls upstairs were in bed when killed, I think that was Xana, not Kaylee, saying it to Ethan, I wouldn't be surprised if he got up to check things out and tried running back into the room and locking it but the killer was right on him. He was killed on the bed, which would explain why the roommate was hearing Xana crying, probably out of fear, then the killer made the remark of helping her, in his own devious way, because why would the roommate say it was a male not that it was Ethan, and then attacked her and decided he was done and walked away. In the dark DM could have seen the suspect walk out and figured okay he's gone but I will lock my room in case he comes back. Then in the morning when she wasn't hearing the other roommates she called friends to come and check because she was afraid he might be back? I heard somewhere that she called friends before leaving the room because she was too scared to walk out her room and they saw xana in the doorway....they used her phone to call 911.

American college life is pathetically unhealthy. The cost is absurd and the lifestyle of partying excessively is unnecessary. In Europe we have balance and drinking is not such a covered thing because alcohol is rarely forbidden. Living with family is the ideal so you can save and have family support. I get it if you are at MIT or somewhere spectacularly unmatchable but most courses and programs are so similar.

I don't think anyone should throw judgement until they know the details. She's not going to call 911 if she doesn't suspect anything. The killer didn't break in and she didn't witness any murders, only that he was there. Seeing as there are plenty of people that come in and out of the house she may have assumed it to be the ex bf or a one night stand. It's easy to say from our view 'she should have called 911' because we know what happened after the fact. She obviously had no idea anyone was murdered that night. I'm sure 99% of people would call 911 if they knew that their friends had been attacked/their life is now in danger.

It's a possibility and seems up to this point a reasonable explanation for How this loser could attack four young adults and none of them stop him(especially the boyfriend/girlfriend in the same room/bed?) And not have the others hear something and do something to stop him. It turns out that this 5th roommate Did hear the others as they were being killed...one is crying , one is saying to the other, "it's OK, I'll help you"...this In Itself is bizarre and incomprehensible. He's killing a young woman, and the girl's boyfriend says "it's OK, I'll help you"??? I don't understand this dialog. It's creepy, it's weird and it's off the wall. ...I got off track...
Is it possible the POS drugged all of them before he broke in and slaughtered them?
I knew he'd done it alone, I knew that others in that house Had to have heard noises as he's killing each of them separately, but I didn't understand how they collective didn't fight him off. The only explanation is they were drugged by the coward.
I am beyond the beyond with the 5th roomate(what is the testimony of the 6th roommate???) . She heard what would definitely be odd comments and noises. She actually peers out her door and sees the loser. She then doesn't call the cops , nor does the 6th roommate for 6-8 hrs. WHY? IT MAKES NO SENSE!!!
I know its morbid to think this... but this POS saw the 5th roommate and didn't attack or kill her...and the morbid question is WHY??? It doesn't make sense, unless he was exhausted and wanted to get out of there no matter what. But even common sense wise it doesn't make sense.
I have a feeling that more bizarre facts will come to the public arena, and some of them will be unpleasant for the surviving roommates. The authorities seem to be doing a excellent job on this case, and I think they are looking at the 2 surviving roommates carefully.

It was a loud busy house. Even if she heard screaming, it doesn't mean that they were loud or panicked. 5 girls lived in that house, so even though a man leaving around 4am may be unusual, it doesn't mean anyone was killed. She was on the second floor. Her bedroom was adjacent Xana’s room closest to the sliding door and stairway. He walked by her room twice and didn’t even think to go in there? Not buying it.
I’ve been in situations where I’ve frozen and fainted from fear. But 8 hours is a LONG time not to do anything even after hearing crying and thuds.
I get locking yourself in your room, but why not text one of your roommates to see if they’re okay?? She knew something was wrong with Xana and didn’t even go check the second time BEFORE seeing Bryan. Even after, she didn’t even wait half an hour - an hour to call police to make sure she was safe. She waited an entire 8 HOURS. She wasn’t so frozen that she couldn’t lock her door and walk herself back to her bed.
How do we know he was at this house 12 times prior bc he was stalking them - what if he had something going on with Dylan? Why did he spare Dylan in a bedroom on the same floor as the two others - he just so happened to ignore her bedroom (the closest one to the stairway and the sliding door) TWICE and went into the far one? How did he know his way through the house? How did she see his DARK eyebrows in the DARK??

This is why everyone thought Meg the Stallion was lying up until the guilty verdict against Tory. Everyone claimed she was lying, even after his verdict. Then, the other evidence was released as public. The phone call, the X-rays of her feet, etc. Not all of that is publicly available until after the case. Please remember this.
