If he isn't guilty, there've been enough people in the MSM who've labeled him one that he'd become a multi-millionaire off all the lawsuits he'd win. The young man who was slandered by the media, wearing a MAGA cap (during Trumps presidential run) sued the MSM outlets who did and all settled out of court (CNN alone settled for $250M) and that doesn't come close to what lawyers could fetch if it turned out BK was innocent.
But I still think a jury can reach a fair & impartial verdict. It would be a waste of taxpayers money if the defense requests the case be tried in another county. There aren't many people who haven't heard the particulars that have been put out there.

Bainfield is making much ado about nothing. So much for Bainfield making a fact-based and unbiased report. Quite literally, the shopping IS better in Idaho. Gas is much cheaper in Idaho because of Washington's extremely high gas tax. Restaurants are less expensive because the Idaho minimum wage is much less than Washington's minimum wage; this helps keep the bottom line more in check. There are more significant incentives for most businesses to locate in Idaho. Property taxes are less in Idaho. Other than still having a sales tax on food goods, the sales tax is less in Idaho. Goods and services are generally less in Idaho.

If you've never lived in a small town, that would come across like a joke, but it is often a valid statement living in a very small town where shopping option is very limited. It's a fact that you would go to a next town that has more options for shopping and sounds like pullman is only 10 minutes by car away from moscow so that's legit. @billgee8520 That's true, I didn't account for the local sales tax, but it still doesn't mean that shopping in Moscow is much more advantageous than shopping in Pullman in regards to the sales tax, that 1.90% difference still equates to only $1.90 for every $100 spent. I think that the minimum wage laws (like you mentioned) and other factors that cause retail prices to be higher are what really drive consumers out of Pullman.

I was disgusted that Brian Entin thought it ok to bang on the door of BK's parent's home after he was arrested. I thought he was ok before that but I saw him then for what he truly is. I wonder how any of these people would feel if their kids were arrested for something like this?? This man is presumed innocent right now and she's made it very plain she's not buying into that. BCK has no doubt heard 'he's creepy' his entire life and that's part of the bloody problem. When will society learn?? Oh, let's judge him on his looks.
