I think there is a surprise up his sleeve. Seems too easy that he would be dumb enough to bring his phone - absolutely rookie clueless mistake - so did he do it on purpose for some reason? The "ping" tower covers any phone on campus. Is he making a mockery of the entire justice system, showing how they convict innocent people? Will he have some alibi / receipt / video which puts him miles from the murder scene? 🤔Something is fishy -it's all too buttoned up and simple. Makes no sense.

It was carried on a belt so he had to be holding the sheath and the knife during the attack or took the time to take it off of his belt! Both of these options sound bizarre.. I truly think he wanted to get caught, and experience the fun of playing games in the court room. This is a psycho of immense proportions, unlike anything we’ve seen in awhile now. That's why people need to be more patient in this day and age. People wanted the heads of the police before the arrest and didn't think they were doing their jobs but they had to be quiet and cross all those t's and dot all the i's. The old adage is so true, good things come to those who wait and patience is a virtue. But this day in age people want what they want immediately. Truly we can't thank those officers enough for enduring all the wrong backlash they received and took their time to get the right person to ensure there was justice for the victims and their families.

Moscow, Idaho is a small college town, and is NOT used to things of this nature. I just have to commend the law enforcement communities for the professional manner they conducted themselves and in coordination with other agencies. Information was gathered, formulated and very well put together to narrow it down!! It's been a slow process, but the complexities of FOUR murdered have demanded it!

It's usually been shootings w/casualties in Moscow.
-Guy who shot up courthouse + killed 3&himself (one was a beloved responding LEO),
-the nutty UI psych prof who killed his GF before taking off in a rental car and staging just off campus at a motel with all his firearms/ammo (thanks to MPD, they caught up with him there and he offed himself at breaching time)
-Jason Lee, killed 3 wounded one
Granted all perps should have been red-flagged, but that's a whole nother thing. And much agree, all agencies did an amazing job. I can see one aspect of the public/annoying stuff directed at them could have been providing a cover and making BK think he's in the clear mostly and not spook and do something, or make another mistake, etc.

    • @connie6545
      @connie6545 ปีที่แล้ว +1

@@nwmacguy Well said, and thanks! The fact that it took so long to address BK by the Moscow PD left people frustrated, angry and feeling that the PD and other agencies were dragging their feet and just plain INEPT!! Quite to the contrary. They kept their cards "close to their vests" because they knew they had to! BK is shrewd and sly to begin with, and with his interests and studies (criminal justice), it became imperative! NOTHING, NOTHING, NOTHING (for SEVEN days; unheard of in 2023). Let's face it--I did too! Sorry, but "social media" CAN muddy the waters (FACTS, and from multiple sources are important). With FOUR murders, having the the case(s) dismissed to a technicality can run high. From what I understand, it could take MONTHS to sort out--let's hope not!!

This guy committed one of the most evil and worst executed murders in recent memory. I'm so glad he was so incompetent so the families can begin to properly grieve. I can't see a plea deal being offered either in this case. The evidence is just far too overwhelming against him. Given that Kohberger was right at the beginning of his PhD program and he started stalking the residents as soon as he moved to Pullman in summer 2022, I can't help but wonder if part of his motivation was to create a crime that he could be the expert in for his dissertation work. His disturbing Reddit survey during his Masters program suggest to me he wanted to know all inner workings of criminals. Fast forward to now, I firmly think it's possible that he expected he could do it cleanly enough to leave it unsolved and give himself a PhD project for his criminology degree. The ultimate thrill in duper's delight: be the expert over your own local unsolved crime that you committed. I also think it is possible that the whole house was a target because the students were prominent on social media and he easily got to "know" them from afar. It made him more comfortable to study them, make a plan, and then strike.

Cell pings back-up the Elantra video clips that place Bryan in the car during the alleged "stalking" drive-bys. But Moscow's cell tower serves the entire Moscow area, and is located 5.4 miles southeast of the murder site. Maybe Bryan drove around the house while waiting for the 4:00 am Door Dash delivery person to leave. It was a bit surprising to learn that some victims were not killed in their sleep, and that several people were awake in the house at the time of the murders. If Bryan ends up taking a plea, we may never know the full details.

It's okay for the jury to hear about the case (obviously cannot be hidden), but they just have to be impartial. They could find him guilty, but they can recommend life in prison, not death. A judge issued a gag order toward this case to prevent the media and potential witnesses to find out and talk about the specific details and ALL the info the police have about the case and pass it over to the world. Also, the judge did that to prevent a mistrial. We all know he was caught by his own DNA at the scene and his car and stuff, but we don't know what else the police have.

They for sure had Simpson "pinned to the wall" but somehow he still got away with it. Look what Simpson did after the crime, he was in the slow speed chase sitting in the back seat of the Bronco with a gun ready to kill himself. I don't know about the Instagram thing.
I don't trust anything that isn't an official statement from the police, or in the affidavit, know what I mean?

The cam video of his car does it actually show him in the car. He could say he wasn't driving. Just a thought

I keep hearing Kaylee was his target. If so, how did he know Kaylee would be in that home on that particular night? From my understanding, she had recently moved out. Perhaps someone else in the home was his main obsession/target?

During the Highway Patrol stop, BK told the officer a mass shooting happened at a university, his father also said a shooting. Both knew the murders were stabbings. I think his Dad knew KB murdered them.

There was a shooting at his college, a guy was shot by police who was threatening his roomates. I think the dad is innocent.

Oh, I didn't hear about a shooting. Still, why bring it up? Funny how they ignored the Idaho 4 murders and the White Elantra watch that had just came out less than a week earlier. I think his Dad was used. He being the elderly man upfront makes for less suspicion in a White Elantra, kinda ploy.

A DNA match to his father, who was his dad - wow, FBI training sure is top notch!

Oh well, he must be guilty this "former FBI agent" says so. Why bother having a trial when Tracy has past judgement.
